Steven was professional and thorough. The inspection report was easy to read. Steven pointed out many items and explain the critical and non-critical items. I wasn't a fan of the card processing fee, but I understand it's necessary for some companies.

Fantastic write up of Inspection Report and very helpful walk through. Gave me a lot of leverage as a buyer to make sure the home was safe to purchase without a home value loss. Honest recommendations and easy to work with. Was referred to them by a relative and would absolutely do the same.
