Our inspector, Steven, was prompt and thorough. But he also spent plenty of time listening to our questions and helping us understand the home inspection review.
I really appreciate how thorough and timely they were during this home inspection. They showed up early and were very professional.
Legacy Home Inspections has inspected 2 of my homes prior to buying, and I have trusted their detailed reports. They are professional, responsive and very timely. Highly recommend.
gave great info, good service, great price.
Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend!
After moving in, quickly found out several very expensive repairs that the inspector never pointed out (furnace not up to code even, air conditioner not up to code, and asbestos that is VERY easily caught). I had 3 companies come out and were all in shock we had a home inspection and they passed all of this. I am…
Aaron was awesome! He was very professional and super friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. My agent Maddie McCarthy recommended Aaron and so glad she did. Definitely recommend Legacy Home Inspections!
We had a really great experience with James at Legacy Home Inspections. He provided a very thorough analysis, worked closely with our agent and was able to effectively review the results through a phone call (we currently live in another city). Highly recommended as part of the home buying process.
Our inspection on our first home was very detailed and our inspector spent some time explaining everything afterwards to make sure we understood. We were very impressed!
Legacy Home Inspections came highly recommended by my realtor and lender, both of whom have a lot of experience in real estate in KC. I was very pleased by the personalized approach to their business in that our inspector took his time to answer every question I had about the property I was buying . James Allsbury…
Great pricing and happy to answer all our questions!
Steven was professional and thorough. The inspection report was easy to read. Steven pointed out many items and explain the critical and non-critical items. I wasn't a fan of the card processing fee, but I understand it's necessary for some companies.
We couldn't be happier with the service we got. When you're a first-time home buyer, you need to know that you're not walking in to a disaster. Legacy helped put our minds at ease.
Great and thorough!
We had Legacy Home Inspections do our whole home inspections for our first home. They were very thorough and answered all the questions that we had in detail! They were amazing, easy and quick to work with! Also very affordable!
Chad was very thorough. I appreciated that he included several pictures that he took through out the inspection. This is the second time we have used this company and have been very pleased both times.
We are first time buyers and he was very detail oriented. He did it thoroughly and explained everything to us!
The inspector was not familiar with shake shingle roofing and said there were “holes”; however, shake roofing swells when wet therefore light can be seen between them!
Extremely professional. Very knowledgeable.
We were very pleased with Legacy Home Inspections Services. Steven was there before we got there and did a great and thorough job on the inspection. He was very detailed when pointing things out to us and very knowledgeable when explaining things. Great service!
Hannas was great and respectful. He was quick to answer questions and was very thorough in his work. Left inspections feeling confident that all details needed for a piece of mind were addressed.
Our inspector did a great job on the new home we purchased. He was very prompt and thorough, and provided a lot of great feedback about the condition of our home!
Highly recommend! Jarod did an awesome and thorough inspection of a manufactured home my husband and I are looking to buy. His communication was also great. He followed up with a very detailed report via email the next day (which was a Saturday). Would definitely use them again!
Steven Ross with Legacy was incredibly helpful, direct, and honest when it came to the home inspection process. Though very thorough, he broke down what was vital for me to understand about his findings, and explained what things needed to be prioritized, what was to be expected for the type of home I was buying,…
They failed to identify several basic problems such as the windows not opening and water spots on the ceilings. Fixing the windows would have costs barely less than replacing which ultimately led to an unexpected cost of over 12k after buying the home. The worst part was the company’s response. They didn’t take any…
BEWARE. Do not use this inspection company. We used an inspector from this company to inspect my parents semi-retirement home pre-purchase. Somehow—this is inexplicable to me—the inspector didn’t even look at the WINDOWS. At all. Once my parents purchased and moved into the home, they realized NONE of the windows…
Fantastic write up of Inspection Report and very helpful walk through. Gave me a lot of leverage as a buyer to make sure the home was safe to purchase without a home value loss. Honest recommendations and easy to work with. Was referred to them by a relative and would absolutely do the same.
Legacy was amazing to work with! We got the inspection scheduled within a day of an accepted offer. Jason was super professional, thorough and very enjoyable to work with. The turnaround for the report was almost instant. Would highly recommend to anyone!
We had Jared for our home inspection. He did great! Super thorough and kind in explaining all the details that I didn’t necessarily understand. Would recommend them to anyone!
As a first time home owner, I am so thankful I chose Legacy Home Inspections. They made this process as easy as possible and did an amazing job describing their findings in detail.
James was very thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well. Would recommend and will definitely call them again!
Our inspector, Aaron, was very prompt, professional, and helpful. He answered all of the questions we had and was very thorough with the work he did. They were a huge help to us when making a big decision like buying a house. Highly recommend!
We used Legacy for our home, mold, radon, termite, and sewer inspections. Dave was great (as well as the other inspectors). Everyone was on time, professional, and thoroughly walked us through any findings. I would highly recommend!
On time, professional and helped explain issues that needed addressed to help me understand what was needed
Legacy Home Inspections made setting up for a new home so smooth! The inspector was extremely informative, and the personal report about my home was simple and easy to understand. Would 100% recommend Legacy Home Inspections!
We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience with them. Robert went over and above in explaining things to us, and provided a very thorough report. We'll be able to use the report to easily navigate improvements and any issues that may arise. Go with Legacy! And request Robert. They're good!
