This was an Old Republic Home Warranty claim made on a Sunday and they called me before 9:00am Monday which is unusually responsive. It was not an urgent matter yet they scheduled a time the same day which was a pleasant surprise. I followed the technician (Victor) as he inspected things and found him to be very…
After 14 years of service my system in the last 3 years has really started to show that the long summers is just too much. I specifically waited for the winter to replace only because its alot easier to stay warm than cool. Plus thats when every contractor seems to be on a slower pace. I've known Victor since I've…
5 stars for 5 star service. These guys are.clean, professional, reliable and fair. Recommend them 100%!
Another great experience with this company! They responded quickly to an issue with our AC shutting off, coming out right away and quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. Thanks again Legendary Energy!
We’ve been using Legendary Energy for maintenance on our HVAC units on our Tempe and Chandler rentals for years. Extremely fair priced, always honest and fantastic customer service. We recommend to our friends and family as well!
Victor is an actual lifesaver! He is our go to a/c guy - he is always super responsive and on time and always fixes the problem right away. Highly recommend for anyone in Phoenix - he's the best!
Couldn’t be happier very professional on time as well
Victor is a consummate professional and is very conscientious and detailed in his work. I’m very glad to work with him and will consider him “our ac guy” from here on out!
Victor with Legendary Energy is exceptional! His customer service, knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, timeliness is impeccable. He is contracted with my home warranty, CHW - and I am so lucky to have found him through them. No question that he is the best of the best. I can't rave enough about how he…
I had an old HVAC system that 4 other companies had no idea how to improve and just wanted to re-create the bad system, located in a closet under a stairwell, which lacked airflow into the mater suite. Victor analyzed the complete system, calculated the proper sized units for the house, created a more compact and…
Great service, professional and honest , very trusting man. I will ask for his service all the time.
I wasn't looking to replace our A/C this year, but it was time. Legendary Energy is top-notch. Victor was very professional, offered thoughtful recommendations, stayed in close communication throughout the project, was always prompt and efficient, and followed up as promised. Highly recommend.
Great service!
Victor is great! Knowledgeable, responsive, and was able to come out within 24 hrs to diagnose the problem. He did a new HVAC install in just over 2hrs. Very happy with his service. Would definitely recommend.
We called them in May when our HVAC had a software / wiring issue. They were able to address the concern. Even more importantly, they called 2 weeks later for a follow up to confirm it was still working properly. Incredible service.
Victor was prompt, friendly, courteous, and very professional - made sure everything was 100% before leaving. Definitely recommend based on this experience.
I was so happy with my service! Victor was so helpful and kind! He went out of his way to make sure I had a working AC unit so that I would be comfortable!
Victor is excellent... knowledgeable, communicative, prompt, polite. He fixes my AC fast and thank goodness for that in AZ summers! Thanks Victor!
Victor and his team went above and beyond today! I've had 3 different companies come out for the same problem and they fixed the issue in half the time. Great communication with us, always arrived when they said they would, and will definitely be using them again. Only regret is I didn't use them sooner.
Called home warranty and they sent out this company. Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening. Very professional work
