Level 15 has fantastic customer service. I called on a Friday afternoon with an urgent request to move a pallet of inventory that was incorrectly delivered outside my store with no security and nobody available to receive it. Level 15 did not have the equipment available to help me at that time but they were gracious enough to refer me to another moving company that could help me. I called that company and they took care of it and told me Level 15 regularly refers business they can’t handle to trusted competitors. That is a sign of confidence and a strong commitment to customer service. I appreciate them looking out for me and I plan to use them in the future. I highly recommend Level 15!

Beware, the owner Daniel and his guys are not professionals. They did two moves for me, first to a local storage locker and then a couple of weeks later, to move from Nevada to California. For the first move, we did all the packing and the movers were supposed to show up at 9am. No one showed up and I sent many frantic texts and left many voicemails on Daniel's cell phone. Finally we got a call back in the afternoon and he said he had made a mistake with the calendar schedule and promised a discount for the move. His two movers who are brothers came at 3pm and they were very good. We could overlook that they were MIA for half a day. On the big move, they were an hour late and came with a small truck, apparently the largest that U-Haul has. We mentioned several times that the truck was too small and Daniel assured us that it was large enough. Well it wasn't, so they had to go and rent another truck after they packed everything into the U-Haul truck and another guy's truck. We had packed all the items except the furniture, office equipment and and lamps. We met up the next day at our new home. Only two guys came, including Daniel. They did not wear shoe covers nor lay out tarps and tracked dirty shoes all over the carpet. We will need the carpet to be professional cleaned, but it is OK and we could still overlook it. They unpacked some of the items and they discovered the base of a floor lamp had broken off. I asked for a credit, and was given $50 off a total of $12K that we paid Daniel. They left leaving many of the big items still unpacked because they wanted to get back to Nevada that night. We are still unpacking and found that many items were not wrapped properly. The paper shredder was just thrown into a large box with other office stuff and one leg was broken. I sent the picture to Daniel and the reply that I got was "I will have a word with Johnny." Today we found one floor lamp that they had left without setting it up had in fact been broken and is no longer usable. This is beyond infuriating. It takes alot for me to post a review because I can overlook alot of things. We had moving done through United Van Line and they were very professional. We decided to go with Level 15 Moving because they could do a local move in additional to across stateline move. Our mistake. My advise to everyone who wants to do a major move to avoid going with this company. BTW, I liked Daniel when I met him and gifted him with about $3K worth of furniture and exercise equipment because he told me a sob story about his own situation.

I had unload moving labor only service on Oct 4th. Called their office 4days prior and talked with Daniel for the detailed needs. He was very professionally answered my questions and I called few companies before I called Level15 but decided to go with Level15 right away. As soon as we ended conversation, he texted me asking the information he needed. I was impressed his very quick reply through the service was concluded. The day of service, I received a call from Ryan about 2 hours before confirming their arrival time said 2:30pm-3:00pm. Ryan and Tommy arrived at 2:30pm, and I showed what they are going to carry from 15’ Truck. They were very nice and polite. They said they will finish in less than 2 hours. I really appreciate their hard work, all works were done less than an hour and half. Their work was so professional, our unit locate 3rd floor without elevator but they took care of all heavy furnitures so well and even offered unpacking. I totally satisfied their job and highly recommend the Level15!!

Obviously moving is hard, but Tommy and Ryan completely changed that! I needed a last minute move and they fit me in the next day. These guys wrapped everything like it was their own items. I didn't see a single item damaged and I had some big heavy items. I would say 5 stars 🌟 is what they deserve and earned. I will be using Level 15 from now on and already have a friend using them in the next few weeks. Hopefully these guys are available again. Thanks so much. Jason

Best experience I've had with any moving company so far. Price estimate was accurate and very reasonable given how much stuff we have, and have stuff like heavy gym equipment and filing cabinets. Ryan, Tommy, Martin, Jesse arrived right on time, were very efficient, quick, respectful, considerate, and hard working. All our boxes and heavy furniture were moved with no damage. Everything was disassemble and reassembled perfectly. They made sure we we did a final walk through before they left, and offered to move anything around if needed. Would hire this small local business again in a heart beat, and definitely referring to any friends or family.

Moved about 12 times in 15 years with horrible experiences almost every time. Level 15 will now be the only moving company I use moving forward. Fantastic crew that works fast and efficient. Very professional and pleasant. Helped with all our things including heavy garage gym equipment. Ryan,Tommy,Martin,Jesse were very caring, compassionate and very good at what they do. Could not recommend this moving company more.

For our move two days ago, Ryan arrived first with the truck and he went above and beyond during the entire move. Ryan and Tommy treated all of our items with great care. They worked very efficiently together and they both had such great attitudes. We would highly recommend them!

I started my search for a local to Las Vegas moving company for an instate move I had planned. Level15 rose to the top three. After a deeper dive into reviews and past customer comments on the top 3 moving companies I settled on, I opted for Level15 Moving. I wanted to go direct with a company and NOT through a third party. I reached out to Daniel (owner) and even though he was busy on a job, he took the time to text me back. We exchanged texts talking about the locations and the amount of items I needed moved. I was extremely satisfied with his quick responses and by the next day, I have an official detailed quote which had been emailed to me. After reviewing, I agreed to the quote and my move date was set. Fast forward to the move date. I had two Level15 movers show up at my residence on time. They texted prior to their arrival letting me know exactly what time they would be arriving. And that time was spot on! I met Ryan first and Nate arrived shortly thereafter. Both were extremely professional. We conducted a walk through of my residence and once the scope of their work was identified, they got to packing up my personal belongings. I needed someone to haul all of the heavy items for me as I was moving much of the small stuff. Ryan and Nate were amazing! Both worked very hard and they made short work of loading much of my furniture and heavy items onto their truck. They did so while remaining engaged with me and if there were any questions, they were quick to ask. They took care in making sure my personal items were safely moved and loaded onto their truck. I watched every step and they truly worked hard while working in 105+ heat! Once the truck was loaded, Ryan and Nate met me at my new residence and the unload began. They reassembled anything that they needed to take apart and offered to help me move all of my furniture into the spots I had planned for them. They took equal care of my personal items unloading and reassembling furniture and others items. They made sure they did not bump any trim, walls, or doorways and they took extra care packing and unpacking. In conclusion, I've been involved with several moving companies over the years due to my profession. This is by far, the best move of all of them. I highly recommend this company for any move you have, big or small. Their price was spot on and the communication was beyond amazing. I can't thank Daniel, Ryan, and Nate, enough for such a great job. I will most certainly be using them again and I will be recommending them to coworkers, friends, and family as well. And they do more than just instate moves here in Nevada. My move came in cheaper than quoted as they were able to finish the job much quicker and not all quoted items were needed. Many movers would have just stuck to their original quote but Level15 only charged me for the work, transportation, and actual materials used. Even if another company might be a bit cheaper, I would do yourself a favor and just hire Level15 for the job. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

This was my first time hiring movers, so I was a little nervous about the whole process, but Jesse and Martin made everything so easy and stress-free. My original estimate was about 4 hours with 3 movers, but even with just Jesse and Martin, they were able to get everything done in less than the estimated time. I was really impressed with how efficient they were! They were both very friendly and professional, worked quickly while still taking good care of everything, and made the entire move go smoothly from start to finish. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!

4 1/2 stars, really, due to a couple of small issues, but overall, I was impressed by Dan's flexibility, as well as the competence of the crew of Ryan, Tommy, and Victor. Good pricing, too, and the payment came in lower than expected, due to the speed at which the crew worked. The guys must play a lot of Tetris or something. It was astounding how quickly they managed to get everything put into one storage unit, saving me a second unit payment. (After 26 years in one place, I moved to a far smaller place.) They're pleasant and congenial, as well. The small dings were these: First, they did seem in a hurry. Had I needed them to help me pack, if I didn't finish — which I had been told by Dan that they could do — I don't know what would have happened, because apparently they had another job after mine. They also didn't want to take the time to put my labels facing where I could read them, which can be a little awkward, since moving boxes around isn't a piece of cake for me. On the other hand, I did not put labels on all sides, and if you're paying by the hour, then quick is lower cost, so it definitely had that benefit. Second, and more seriously, I was unaware that I was expected to pay through an app on my phone, immediately. I avoid most apps, especially for financial transactions. I had a little bit of tension with Dan over this for a bit, but in the end, he provided an alternative. Apologies for the delay in posting. (The move was a few months ago.)
