First of all, next day service was awesome! The team that came out was great. Very respectful by automatically wearing shoe covers before walking in my home. They worked quick and cleaned up before they left. I decided to sign up for their family plan because I felt so comfortable with their work which also is a great saving!

Anthony was phenomenal he explained what caused the problem. When he completed the work he made sure everything was restored back to its normal working condition and made sure that I seen end results. If I ever have to use Levine and Sons again I will request Anthony.

Dylan was very good. I needed him to wait a few minutes while a finished a work call so he just hung out with my dog, petting him until I was available. Once he started working, he was quick and very efficient.

Was able to schedule same day appointment online, very responsive, gave me an arrival time estimate within the scheduled window and accurate cost estimate. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable, quick, and courteous of the home. Would use again and recommend to anyone in the area.

We had a toilet and bathtub that wouldn't drain even with all we tried. Called first thing in the am and technician showed up. Very professional,courteous clean up the mess that came out the drain. Due to a scheduling mixup, my technician William didn’t arrive until 6:30. But, he was wonderful. Fixed the clogged toilet and then looked at another unrelated problem I was having and fixed that too. Courteous, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend.

They were able to come out within 45 of my panicked call. Service man was courteous and professional and worked hard to clear the sewer drainage.

I woke up in the early morning with a clogged drain - toiled away for a couple hours before realizing I need a professional. I called around 11am and had a tech out to me within an hour of scheduling (no emergency fee!!) was back in business before 1p.m. 10/10 would recommend - very polite and knowledgeable tech.

Anthony was excellent, went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed and even checked and double checked his work to make sure he was doing as much as possible for me! Highly recommend, they were able to get out fast and easy to contact

The plumber said that we needed a pipe under our house replaced and charged $450. I had another plumber come fix the same issue for better and less. They also didn't follow up as they said. I'll never use them again.
