David was A-1 professional, knowledgeable and personable. After explaining the problem, which was no hot water in bathroom sink and low shower pressure, he explained what was he needed to do to fix it, explained the cost and fixed it in no time.

Our technician Todd was amazing, he walked us through all our options and provided the high level of craftsmanship we expected.

We just had Todd come out and change our bathroom faucet. From the time I called to make the appointment until the time Todd finished the faucet, it was a very pleasant experience. Todd was prompt and very nice. He went over all our options without trying to pressure us into something we didn't need. I would definitely us them again and ask for Todd again.

Dylan came out and within an hour fixed three separate issues. He really knows his craft and was super polite. Definitely trust this company for future issues.

Cameron was able to repair a very old (obsolete) outdoor spigot, saving me considerable money in not needing to replace it. He went above and beyond in also tightening a loose faucet spout. Very nice, knowledgeable and professional.

Nice plumber, but extremely high priced. So high in fact, that I’ll have to consider other options in the future. NOTE: Levine responded to my review and were nice again, and resolved my concern satisfactorily.

Mike came for the service call and took the information regarding the faulty shower faucet cartridge. He repaired the shower faucet cartridge on the same day and completed the work. I am extremely satisfied with the quick service and Mike's experience to quickly diagnose and fix the issue.

Anthony was very professional. Figured out the issue right away. He also was very clean and cleaned up before he left. I was very impressed with him.
