It was great service. He was very polite ,nice and professional.

There was still a warranty on my furnace which was looked up by my technician Levi and this saved me 600 on the new motor for my furnace. I’ve have used them several times and always on time and good service!

Paul Jones came out on Saturday for someone who was not an established customer! He diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix,pending a better fitting part . Very methodical and knowledgeable about an old boiler.

You have a star, with Donavan! He is polite, smart, and well spoken. Even though he could not locate what he needed for the repair because everyone was closed for the holiday, I still felt well taken care of. Thank you Levine and Sons.

Xavier, John, and their supervisor spent 5-6 hours over 2 days diligently working to clear and bust up a very tough blockage in our service line and probably saved us the major cost of digging the line up. Very professional and on time.

Explanation of type of a/c, installation and walking me through furnace components applying to a/c was appreciated. A good person to speak for your business.

Adam was great! As it turned out all I needed was a thermostat re-set. Adam did that and showed me how to do it myself if needed again in the future. Great initial visit by the Levine & Sons representative. The technician gave an accurate diagnosis, offered his honest assessment, and various options for effective repairs. Was NOT a pushy "used car salesman" who only concern was making money for the company. His genuine concerns flashed brightly.

He went beyond what a service person would do to help my situation. His knowledge is on point. And I will always ask for Paul. What a great asset to your service team. I’m grateful for his service and care of my furnace and ac. He’s the best. Five star isn’t enough 10 star is what I give him.

Diagnosed the problem right away.

Donovan was very thorough and made sure to check and double check everything before he left.

My mother’s baseboard heating system froze this winter. Levine & Sons had a repairman at her house within a couple of hours to troubleshoot & diagnose the issue. Eric was very friendly & professional, definitely knows what he is doing.

Had service technician come out to service a furnace after hours. He provided an explanation of his diagnosis and advised he would have to get a quote for the part in the morning; not stating who would call with the quote. Z was very helpful. He explained everything to me, gave me options, and showed me all the pictures he took.

He really explained to my friend all the different scenarios and what the problems and challenges were. Madw suggestions, checked every room in the house for heat output. I'm very impressed.This was my first call for help. since I joined, and i'm delighted with the quick response.

The technician, Adam was on time, got right to work on the furnace. Finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time. He was friendly, respectful, and thorough. He was also very informative.

I had no heat. When I called they said they could have someone out this morning. He was here on time , checked out the furnace and explained everything that he was doing. He did have the furnace running before he left. The age of the furnace is a concern, but is safe to run. Donovan was very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you.

Matt and Dylan were superstars! They got our new boiler up and running like a dream, just in time for the weather to really turn for the worse. Couldn't thank them enough!
