There was still a warranty on my furnace which was looked up by my technician Levi and this saved me 600 on the new motor for my furnace. I’ve have used them several times and always on time and good service!

Paul Jones came out on Saturday for someone who was not an established customer! He diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix,pending a better fitting part . Very methodical and knowledgeable about an old boiler.

You have a star, with Donavan! He is polite, smart, and well spoken. Even though he could not locate what he needed for the repair because everyone was closed for the holiday, I still felt well taken care of. Thank you Levine and Sons.

Xavier, John, and their supervisor spent 5-6 hours over 2 days diligently working to clear and bust up a very tough blockage in our service line and probably saved us the major cost of digging the line up. Very professional and on time.

Great initial visit by the Levine & Sons representative. The technician gave an accurate diagnosis, offered his honest assessment, and various options for effective repairs. Was NOT a pushy "used car salesman" who only concern was making money for the company. His genuine concerns flashed brightly.

My mother’s baseboard heating system froze this winter. Levine & Sons had a repairman at her house within a couple of hours to troubleshoot & diagnose the issue. Eric was very friendly & professional, definitely knows what he is doing.

Z was very helpful. He explained everything to me, gave me options, and showed me all the pictures he took.

He really explained to my friend all the different scenarios and what the problems and challenges were. Madw suggestions, checked every room in the house for heat output. I'm very impressed.This was my first call for help. since I joined, and i'm delighted with the quick response.

The technician, Adam was on time, got right to work on the furnace. Finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time. He was friendly, respectful, and thorough. He was also very informative.

I had no heat. When I called they said they could have someone out this morning. He was here on time , checked out the furnace and explained everything that he was doing. He did have the furnace running before he left. The age of the furnace is a concern, but is safe to run. Donovan was very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you.

Never good to wake up to a 40°F house when it's 5°F outside. Waited to call them at 7:30am and luckily they had a cancellation and were able to send someone over in an hour. Very happy to have heat again.

Response very good. Very much appreciated. Technician very capable. Service fee and hourly rate fair. You took advantage of me with the cost of a low voltage transformer. Charged at least 4x the price of the standard low voltage furnace transformer specified.

I was amazed that my hot water heater could be replaced immediately. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He had to jump through many hoops to get the old hot water heater out and install the new one, I truly appreciate the responsiveness and completing it same day.

Very good service, little pricey, my bill was 2,000$. He did do a good amount of work. He replaced 3 parts, and added a new drain Spicket. He worked 4.5 hours. I liked the tech very nice.

I smelled gas so consumers came out and inspected my furnace line, there was a valve that needed to be replaced. Levine came out very quickly and got it taken care of . They had all of the parts needed on the spot and did a great job. Very respectful and explained everything that they were doing. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
