I had a drainage backup from drain in the basement. Aaron was very timely, knowledgeable, professional ,confident and highly skilled. I have used Levine & sons twice and enrolled in family plan, the first experience was top tier as well. They are the absolute best at what they do!

Less then 30 minutes $650+.to determine it was nothing the plumber could do. Nothing. No advice. Nothing. Just a hole in the wall to determine it was “perhaps” condensation from the airduct but they don’t service airduct modification for existing homes. $651 and a $20 military discount, no not 20%— $20 and you better appreciate that (implied).

This young man was thorough and competent, and also my dog loved him, which tells me everything about a person. My dog actually climbed into the cabinet next to him while he was repairing the pipe.... no problems after repair was completed.... fair price from Levine for service.

Trevor did a great job inspecting our ceiling leak and providing us with a reasonable solution. He was very knowledgable and personable and answered all of our questions and concerns. We were very pleased with the visit.

David inspected multiple locations for possible leaks and repairs (kitchen sink,2 bathroom sinks & tub). He did a thorough evaluation and expanded it and gave an estimate on each. although I haven't made a dicision I would trust him to do the work.

This past Summer Dylan went well above and beyond for me when I was having an issue with a water leak in my home. He was kind and considerate and that is truly hard to find nowadays. I know I am late writing this review but I still want Dylan to know I truly appreciate him for all that he did.

Anthony was prompt, courteous and efficient, figuring out quickly where the blockage was in our main drain and replacing the leaky trap beneath our laundry tub while he was here. I signed up for the Family Plan to save me money for this and future services like furnace, water heater, and camera-snake inspections in my home.

Dylan was courteous, thorough and very professional and diagnosed and made repairs in a timely fashion!

Brandon was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issue quickly. He thoroughly explained the various options to fix my issue while keeping cost in mind, which was much appreciated. The whole process was very transparent.

Cameron installed a new toilet for me, as well as a new flange. He kept me informed about what was going on. He was professional and came same day. I am a member of the family plan and so Don came today to check my air conditioner, he was professional and explained the condition of my ac unit.

Not knowledgeable about the problem

Austin was professional and provided me two options for my issue. The plumbing was pretty old so most of it needed to be replaced. He worked quickly and made sure that there was no leakage in my basement and that my tub faucet wasn't dripping any longer.

Professional and responsive, Levine & Sons promptly arrived on the same day of my request to fix a problem another plumber had previously charged us $85 to worsen before ghosting us. Mike was extremely straightforward, walked us through the repair process, and saved us money where he was able.

Very professional, explanation of what the job entailed and what he was going to do to accomplish the task. What the cost was up front, very important to me at the time… Job well done and I am satisfied.

Leak and couldn’t shut water off. Is fixed now but water pressure is half of what it was before. Update: I received a call from the company saying that my low pressure will be fixed at no charge.
