Austin showed up on time (on a weekend, no less) and got the job done promptly. Rather than replace certain parts, he suggested a more cost-effective solution and the results were solid. He also put up politely with my dad's jokes, which deserves special commendation. Hauled out the old rusted-out heater himself and left no mess indoors or out. Great work.

David came to my house on time and performed a thorough (although limited due to not having full access to the pipes) inspection provided me with multiple solutions for my leaking handles and faucets in my shower/tub. Once I am able to get an access panel cut into my wall I plan on contacting David again for a follow up.

This company answered the phone right away and was able to schedule me within a couple hours for a same-day appointment. The technician was super professional and knowledgeable, and fixed what he was able to then and there. The cost was very reasonable and I did not feel that they were simply trying to run up a bill.
