Technician worked quietly and expertly.?
Levine and Sons sent Trevor to diagnose and handle a toilet flange issue and I could not be happier with how he managed the call. To access the root of the issue, a hole had to be cut in the below (living room) ceiling and Trevor did so while being extremely mindful of the debris. He was able to quickly…
My tech, D'Angelo was awesome. Super clean and very helpful. Recommend 100%
Excellent service explained everything answered all questions. Personable and great service
Outstanding service. Have used them now on three occasions. Each time, the plumber arrived on time and was courteous. Each time the plumbing problems were corrected. Highly recommended.
JT is the best! Thank you!
My tech D’Angelo was very knowledgeable about plumbing in general and my issue specifically. He was timely, efficient and worked quickly to install two toilets at my home. D’Angelo was friendly and helpful. Thank you for your needed service today!
Prices are OUTRAGEOUS. The prices were 75% more than another reputable plumbing company for installing a new hot water tank and to install a new fill valve and flush flapper in a toilet. Did not and will not move forward with the work. Also, their service call fee is more expensive than other reputable companies.
Professional.
Successfully Completed work on toilet. Job on basement faucet not complete - hot water is OK but no cold water comes from faucet.
Repair leaking toilet at foilet to floor joint.
Wouldn’t use anyone else. We use Levine &Sons for ALL plumbing and HVAC needs. Big fans of their family plan!!
I called, they were able to come out same day. Service man Nick was thorough, considerate and knowledgeable
I have used this company for over fifteen years, always professional and high quality of service. They really care about the customer and their home. They always make suggestions to deliver the best possible service.
This is two reviews—I forgot to post the first. Most recent was for starting our boiler. Louis was great, explained what he was doing and tested the system afterwards. Consumers had left the pilot on after fixing a leak. 🙄 Louis gave a discount on the call (Family Service Plan) and suggested asking Consumers to…
Outstanding "Plumber and Service"
Way too overpriced

Great service and great communication from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
I had Trevor come out to the house to do 5 rather ordinary plumbing jobs, that as an elderly man, I am unable to tackle myself. Ryan was very upfront about the problem I was having with my hot water tank. He put on his shoe covers when he entered. Very pleasant to work with and I would give him a five star rating.
Ryan was great, found the issue immediately and fixed it. Only complaint is that it seemed very expensive for what was done. Basically I was told that one of the bolts was loose on my toilet, which was quickly tightened and fixed within 5 minutes. I was charged $89 just to come out, which seems reasonable with such…

Evan was great. Knowledgeable, professional and had great information to share with us on avoiding complications in the future.
Matt was fine. However, my toilet problem is still not repaired. Very disappointed. Also, the repair charge was much more than should have been charged. I'm not happy with Levine & Sons at this point. Perhaps they can restore my confidence on Thursday when someone returns. The owner never returned my voice mail…

Polite phone call and scheduling were easy. Next day service was timely and convenient. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable, even did a recharge and replaced some corroded wiring. I would 100% recommend and use them again. 2023 UPDATE: used them for a plumbing issue. Tech was great, fixed it in a jiffy. Trustworthy company in my opinion.
Due to a scheduling mixup, my technician William didn’t arrive until 6:30. But, he was wonderful. Fixed the clogged toilet and then looked at another unrelated problem I was having and fixed that too. Courteous, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend.

Signed up for a repair that said one price, then they called for confirmation with a much higher price. Even after I explained the issue in the initial appointment and again on the call for the appointment confirmation, I was still left with a $650 bill ($450 higher than the second quote) to fix the issue. The…

Drew Craven was on-time, efficient, professional, and customer-minded. Thank you for a job well done!
The plumber said that we needed a pipe under our house replaced and charged $450. I had another plumber come fix the same issue for better and less. They also didn't follow up as they said. I'll never use them again.
Toilet was going to be fixed many. But this young man came in(2 hours earlier) was so professional. I ask if it was too late to get a handicap toilet. He made some calls and sure enough Got My Toilet! Emergency call on Saturday , came in 2 hours!! The price was so reasonable I cried.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Levine Bros. They’re an excellent company. They use top quality products & will honestly recommend repair vs replacement when the situation warrants it. Service was prompt and completed quickly
During these COVID times, contractors have long wait times. Levine and Sons had more employees and a much shorter lead time. Very Tech oriented with text message reminders, text messages letting me know that they were on there way, and very easy payment process. Spent less than an hour rebuilding a urinal valve shutoff valve.
Had a new toilet installed by this outfit last year. During installation, their team broke a critical base piece (flange) that cost me hundreds extra on top of what they quoted me. I was stuck as they had already removed the old toilet and broke the flange, so I bit the bullet. Sure enough, not even a year later,…
Used plunger and auger
Levine came as a referral from a friend. They were easy to setup the appointment with and came out relatively quickly. The plumber was a nice enough guy. Did a thorough job. However I was not pleased at the end. I asked for an quote before the work was to start. He told me $341 and I told him to go ahead and…

Good service!
This company answered the phone right away and was able to schedule me within a couple hours for a same-day appointment. The technician was super professional and knowledgeable, and fixed what he was able to then and there. The cost was very reasonable and I did not feel that they were simply trying to run up a bill. I would highly recommend this business.
