The technician that installed our hot water heater, Aaron, was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job. Aaron represents Levine & Son very well. We have had Levine perform other plumbing jobs and are very happy with their work and dealing with them.

My hot water tank failed. They got me scheduled for first thing next day. Communication was awesome. I knew when Service appt was scheduled and when my tech would be at the house to install. Prices are OUTRAGEOUS. The prices were 75% more than another reputable plumbing company for installing a new hot water tank and to install a new fill valve and flush flapper in a toilet. Did not and will not move forward with the work. Also, their service call fee is more expensive than other reputable companies.

Everything went very well.

Levine & Sons quote was significantly overpriced. I ultimately completed the project with a local competitor for about half of their estimated cost. Multiple companies I consulted agreed that the original estimate was roughly $1,500–$2,200 above market rates.

The garbage disposal side of my kitchen sink suddenly started to back up water. I caught it quickly & stopped using the sink. I called the company and they sent Nick out the next morning. We had a pretty severe flood with multiple burst pipes, Branden did a great job finding the issues and worked hard until everything was right. He kept me informed in the process and gave his honest opinion when options were available.

We had a complex plumbing problem With clogged pipes in our sewer lines and sump pump problems. Jimmy Levine and his team are extraordinary. Best contractors We have ever worked with.

Mattt Gregory was amazing to install a new split heat pump water heater, and even came back on Saturday the first the job! He did top quality work and put care into attention to detail.

High quality. Professional. A knowledge what is wrong and how to deal with it. Breaden did an exceptional job today (09/17/21).
