Levine & Sons Plumbing, Heating & AC

Todd was informative, friendly, and extremely professional! I couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided! I would recommend Todd and this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable servicemen.

The technician that installed our hot water heater, Aaron, was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job. Aaron represents Levine & Son very well. We have had Levine perform other plumbing jobs and are very happy with their work and dealing with them.

Todd did a great job, explaining everything and doing cleaning too. I recommend highly.

My hot water tank failed. They got me scheduled for first thing next day. Communication was awesome. I knew when Service appt was scheduled and when my tech would be at the house to install. Tech was courteous and within a few hours had everything changed out. Tech also cleaned up afterwards so nothing for me to do.… Read full review

Prices are OUTRAGEOUS. The prices were 75% more than another reputable plumbing company for installing a new hot water tank and to install a new fill valve and flush flapper in a toilet. Did not and will not move forward with the work. Also, their service call fee is more expensive than other reputable companies.

Mike C installed our new hot water heater. He was on time and gave us a detailed quote with our available options as well as explained what to expect. Installed the very next day and did a great job. We appreciated the time he spent with us, answering any questions we had. We definitely recommend Levine & Sons. We… Read full review

This is two reviews—I forgot to post the first. Most recent was for starting our boiler. Louis was great, explained what he was doing and tested the system afterwards. Consumers had left the pilot on after fixing a leak. 🙄 Louis gave a discount on the call (Family Service Plan) and suggested asking Consumers to… Read full review

Everything went very well.

Levine & Sons quote was significantly overpriced. I ultimately completed the project with a local competitor for about half of their estimated cost. Multiple companies I consulted agreed that the original estimate was roughly $1,500–$2,200 above market rates.

I will be doing service with you again.I like the way your serviceman that you know everything up front

Joe was very knowledgeable on the quote visit. He was professional and tidy during the installation. Explained everything clearly & tested. Highly recommend his service. Thank you.

The garbage disposal side of my kitchen sink suddenly started to back up water. I caught it quickly & stopped using the sink. I called the company and they sent Nick out the next morning. Who knew that grinding egg shells was not a good thing & that the build up in the trap was basically full of them? Learned a few… Read full review

Aaron was very thorough and great at explaining everything; installed a new water heater and took careful precautions to doorway, floors, and stairway in our home.

My experience with Levine & Sons began with one of their salesmen named Nate after I interfaced with one of their technicians who performed a checkup on my furnace. Long-to-short, an old leaky A/C coil shortened the life of a newer furnace. The tech recommended the furnace not be used due to a compromised Heat… Read full review

Joe was fantastic and took me through all steps . Great work and very friendly.

Ryan was very professional good good job with the installation and answered some questions I had.

Excellent service and knowledge

I shopped around for a replacement water heater when ours died. They gave me a price over the phone. It was in the middle of the pack of the prices I got, but it came with a ten year warranty. Or so I thought. I was called the morning of the installation to learn they did not have the size water heater that I… Read full review

Joe was great..on time, kind and professional...thank you for all your help in a stressful situation -

Their use of AI to answer calls and schedule jobs cost them my business. We needed a water heater replaced and everything was discussed on the phone the day prior. The next day they sent a plumber later than quoted on the phone, he arrived without a water heater, and then estimated the job a $1000 more than what we… Read full review

Very caring and professional!!! Totally using Levine again

We had a great experience with Joe. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on our water heater. Everything was done efficiently, and he made sure we understood what was going on. Highly recommend

Front desk lady was incredibly rude and refused to ‘listen’. I was given to believe IF I got the annual plan with membership my $89 service call would be included, however, upon further insults from Front desk I learned I would have to pay for the call. They didn’t care about losing a potential customer for a year… Read full review

We had a complex plumbing problem With clogged pipes in our sewer lines and sump pump problems. Jimmy Levine and his team are extraordinary. Best contractors We have ever worked with.

Mattt Gregory was amazing to install a new split heat pump water heater, and even came back on Saturday the first the job! He did top quality work and put care into attention to detail.

Technician Joe did and excellent job.

Polite, professional and completed the job in good time.

When deciding upon a business based on reviews, don't solely seek out the the high ratings; rather see how the business handles low ratings. This is why I decided to go with Levine & Sons, because I could tell they care. This was my first experience with Levine & Sons, and I couldn’t recommend Ryan highly enough.… Read full review

Trevor explained everything he was doing and I appreciate that.

Excellent. Joe was knowledgeable, efficient and resourceful/careful. Definitely appreciate his professional approach! He took care to not damage floors by laying down covering and putting on shoe covers. One thing I would appreciate seeing Levine & sons do for its techs is provide powered lift gates or send help… Read full review

Good service for me. Water tank just stated gushing water. I just stood for a minute looking. People deal differently. I called and asked if someone could come to repair. Receptionist asked if I knew how to turn water off. I did not😔. She put me on phone with Jimmy who told me but to no avail. He came over just to… Read full review

High quality. Professional. A knowledge what is wrong and how to deal with it. Breaden did an exceptional job today (09/17/21). He fixed the bathtub faucet, replaced 2 toilet seats and checked on of the toliets. 1/2023 Mike C and Mike? did an excellent job installing our new hot water heater and fixed one of our bathroom sinks

Trustworthy!

I immediately felt comfortable with him in my house. He was very knowledgeable and also patient with my dog. Great job!

Unrealistic quotes! Luke quoted me the same amount for replacing my Gas heater thermostat/well sensor as a brand new Gas water heater so that I am forced to get a new one. I fixed it myself replacing it for just 1/10th the price since it was clearly indicating thermostat failure with 5 led blinks. It amazes me how… Read full review

Replaced and upgraded my water heater on a Saturday! Awesome technician and experience in every way!

Most informative friendly guys around. So thoughtful and really thorough. Chaim is the best ever. Doesnt miss a thing!

Replaced a hot water tank. Lots of hard work. Did an excellent job. Kept me informed along the way. I recommend highly.

Austin showed up on time (on a weekend, no less) and got the job done promptly. Rather than replace certain parts, he suggested a more cost-effective solution and the results were solid. He also put up politely with my dad's jokes, which deserves special commendation. Hauled out the old rusted-out heater himself and left no mess indoors or out. Great work.

We needed the work to get done today and Levine & Sons was the only company that responded. Austin did a very good job and was pleasant to deal with. I would be happy to use him again

Jay was very informative on what we needed for our new furnace and air conditioner . He went in depth
