I've had great experiences here at Liberty Marina as I've been here now since Sept 2022. I bought my boat here from private seller and I decided to remain here with Liberty Marina as once I met the owner Wendy, I was very impressed by her and her marina. She was super accommodating and gave great guidance and advice as we were new to the marina life we were away from boating 23 years prior. Although I did have a personality conflict with one of her staff who always acted ignorant to many of her boaters and once complaints got to owner Wendy he then was monitored and she immediately followed up with many other boaters, she further then terminated that employee due to his conduct and mistreatment of her clientele. She has since then added several new staff and management team, and the place had totally turned around for the better and new changes were in place. Currently the new staff all get along great with each and take amazing care of the boats as treat each one as if their own. Liberty Marina at night has bright lights for security and have 24/7 clear camera surveillance by owner and security. Also lots of new docks are currently being built by the new staff and the place looks great. I can't wait for this summer.

Only downside is some of the docks are older and rock pretty far side to side for the most part they are sturdy. They have a very knowledgeable mechanic…
It's a great place. Wendy is TERRIFIC! Pete helped us make it thru the Danvers river. So happy we found them!!!
They don’t pay attention to customer boats very well- I’ve heard many complaints. The place has a good location and is pretty but leaves much to be desired in pricing and service
Great marina! Wendy, Peter are very easy to work with and run a great marina. Russ Marine is on site and does a great job and are easy to ask for pointers when working on a boat by yourself.

It felt like he didn’t care about customers unless you were one of their favorites. Staff seemed out of sync with the owner, leading to constant confusion. There’s no clear system in place, and spring launch times were unpredictable. Avoid if you value reliability and good service.

It's really nice to sit there and relax.
