Google reviewers rate Liberty Painting 4.8/5 based on 274 reviews, with the owner responding to 99% of them. Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, competitive pricing, and thorough preparation for interior and exterior painting projects. However, several low-star reviews highlight a recurring issue where estimates are delayed or never sent, and scheduled consultations result in missed appointments or lack of follow-up.

Liberty Painting completed exterior painting of my home. Jonathan’s crew was fast and completed the job in one day, Jonathan was onsite all day and communicated with me about issues or questions throughout the day. Van was my assigned project manager. He communicated with me throughout the day of the project. I contacted him the night the project completed after hours and he immediately responded. His response was helpful and he said he would come the next day to help. As promised, he came to my house the following day and helped me solve my issue with the garage door. He walked around the house inspecting my finished project with me. He addressed my questions and sent someone to get my old door so I didn’t have to worry about disposal. I appreciate his willingness to hear my feedback. Tammy was the first representative of the company I met with. She was easy to work with and listened to what I wanted. She answered any questions throughout the process.
Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful review, Lindsey! We’re thrilled to hear that Jonathan, Van, Tammy, and the crew took great care of you throughout the entire project. We truly appreciate your trust in Liberty Painting and are glad we could make the process smooth from start to finish. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with the team! Thank you for choosing Liberty Painting!
