After my stroke, my doctor suggested I go find a counselor just to see if it would help. I didn’t feel like I needed a counselor, but I went into anyway, and after a couple sessions with the counselor, I found that I did have concerns that I just never wanted to deal with.

I honestly don’t know where I’d be right now. If it weren’t for this group, I was borderline agoraphobic and anxiety ridden, and these people have helped me. They’ve given me tools to manage my life in a way where I feel more in control and able to see the bright moments in my daily life. I will continue to use this group for as long as I can.

Their mental health professionals seem great but the business practices are extremely unethical. We had a bad household illness and had to cancel a scheduled appointment due to sickness and childcare: $125 cancellation fee. Explained the circumstance to receptionist, no exceptions. That is more than 10 appointments worth of copays; we cancelled our services with them and plan on finding another office with more reasonable business policies. If you don't offer exceptions for such a crazy cancellation fee you're just trying to fleece people. Completely ridiculous, in this economy that's a week of groceries out of my kids mouth.
Edit: The company did reach out after review and offered to refund the charge. We haven't received refund yet but when I do I'll update the review again to reflect. It shouldn't take leaving a poor review to be treated with compassion especially by a mental health company but it does seem like someone is listening at least, if you find yourself in the same situation.
