Been coming to this salon for almost two years. Since moving to the Minneapolis I had trials and errors with finding a good hair and nail salon. Heather is amazing for color and extensions. Lia is amazing with gel x and pedicure. I like how it a full spa as well with massage and facial.

It was the worst experience for manicure and pedicure in my life they dont clean well and remove cuticles even i was shocked with the reviews and if u want to charge that high price for manicure at least u should have amazing work and very professional people not as if they r trainees … never again to be back
My technician, Choua, did a great job. Helped me with color selection, great attention to detail, was kind, gentle and the entire experience was very relaxing.

The pedicures at Lili are always really good, however my pedicurist cut some corners today and only gave me 10 of the 15 minute massage I had reserved. She also left me sitting with towels on my feet for almost 20 minutes in the middle, which I thought was excessive. I don’t know if she just wasn’t feeling it today,…

The staff is amazing. The facility is very nice. I used the online appt app and the price posted was different then when I checked out. When I questioned what I thought I had booked verses what she was billing me; all receptionist said was “yea sometimes the app isn’t up to date” Little bait and switch to me.
Loved Lia! She was delightful and talented. Easily the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Got the hydrating pedicure and it was heaven. My feet feel like new.

Had the best pedicure from Lia, she was the sweetest and so much fun to spend time with, and she did such a good job on my nails - excited to come back & also to bring friends.
All the service providers are great. I like Charlie for hair, Mina for nails and Terri for massage (upgrade to the CBD oil).
