We needed to update our wills and POA's, after getting some really inexpensive legal advise about 10 years ago from another law firm. We met with attorney Ashley Lillesand for about an hour, and were very impressed with her questions and her answers after we described our situation. Lots of open discussion, with some topics that hadn't been brought up before by our previous lawyer. Prices were clearly explained, as well as what we would end up with, and most importantly how it would all function when the normal end stages of life occur. No pressure at all to sign or agree to anything during the free initial consultation. We talked about the meeting and the topics that were discussed amongst ourselves for a few weeks and did some additional research on the issues surfaced and the solutions proposed, and decided we had found our law firm. Took about a month to finalize everything and get the final package. This is not inexpensive legal advice, BUT it is a perfect example of you really do get what you pay for, at least in our opinions!
