I got to experience their contrast therapy room. Sauna, cold plunge, and a huge standing red light panel. The studio was very aesthetic and moody, I loved it! The staff was extremely helpful with my booking process and i left feeling absolutely amazing! Will be back to try their float tank ASAP!!

Such a fantastic place! Lizard Yoga has it all and I've used a BUNCH of their services. Their masseuses are OUT OF THIS WORLD! All of them! Their staff is incredible, super helpful, professional, and they take very good care of me! It has an awesome meditation room plus various classes of yoga, sound baths, breathing classes - they've really got it all under one roof. She did wonderfully! I felt amazing afterwards. I wish she went a little more pressure but that probably my own fault cause I was afraid to ask lol. But it was very calming and rejuvenating! She also gave great advice of what I can do to say loose and rid body of inflammation!
