Good company. The guy who came was professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, explained the cleaning process/treatment, and was very thorough. He took his time and removed some pretty bad pet stains. Carpets look great. And the company was also the most affordably priced. My wife is picky, and even she was impressed.

I called into Lloyd Carpet Cleaning, who I am assuming was Lloyd himself, and he was very responsive and professional with my multiple inquiries. I had Cutter come through for the actual cleaning and he took no time at all. I had three bedrooms cleaned and am very satisfied with the results.
