The hauler was very professional and the schedule updates were convenient. I’ll use LoadUp again!
Very convenient and easy to make an appointment online and informed me of the status of my removal via text!! I would highly recommend👍
The 2 gentleman that came to take the junk were, fast, kind and went above and beyond!!! They were extremely amazing and if and or when I need help again, I want it to be them!!!
Guys were nice and the process was quick!
Save yourself the hassle and do not use this company. The day and time frame they give you means nothing. They tried to reschedule my appt from Saturday to Monday several times, even after I told them I was unavailable on Monday. They called me minutes before my arrival window to try to move it AGAIN, even though I…
Very careful about moving furniture downstairs. Very friendly.
Very friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.
Guys were fast, efficient, and friendly. Came on time and did a terrific job. Will use again
The 2 loaders were amazing. They took great care to make sure not to damage any property on there way out. They were friendly and worked diligently to remove my couch and bed frame. I highly recommend them.
Fast and efficient! Great communication and great friendly service.

Excellent service
Dickens absolutely went above and beyond to get the job done. I appreciate his top notch service.
Brandon and his team were really quick and helpful! Would highly recommend this service if you’re in need of getting rid of some old furniture and junk around the house!
We had an amazing experience. The gentlemen that came to remove the items were incredibly friendly and the entire process took about 20 minutes. And the price was far lower than other companies that we received quotes from. We will definitely use this service every time we have similar needs.
I booked and paid for removal of a sectional couch, tv and armoire. Scheduled for 12-4. Text link said they were due between 2-3. At 3:40, I called and was told it will be 5. At 5:40 with no arrival or communication, I called to reschedule. Asked if 8-12 the next day would work. I was clear I had to leave at 12:30.…
The easiest way to get a piece of furniture from point A to B when you don’t have access to muscles or a truck. The guys were respectful helpful and I will definitely use this company again!
Very professional and courteous! On time and completely respectful of my time property.
Fernando and Marcos were swift and professional. We are grateful for their efficient removal of our old sofa. Many thanks!
Timely, efficient, reasonable prices, and very personable crew showed up and took our junk away as promised! Not a complaint to be had! Will definitely use again when needed!
I had an excellent experience with my mover team of Pablo and his wife. They were extremely efficient and were willing to accommodate my work schedule, which was extremely helpful during a busy and sometimes unpredictable time. Definitely recommend.
Really good service, super quick and easy.
Good removal for the money! The gentlemen who carried men were very professional and courteous! All in all a good experience!
Easiest 5 star review ever. The gentleman who came to haul away my furniture was awesome.
Order #429278 The guy that showed up, was not professional at all. Showed up 2 hours after scheduled time frame of 12-4. Showed up at almost 6pm. The company did not provide accurate details for the pick up. They told him there were no stairs and sent him the wrong pictures of items to be picked up. However, he…
The representative did not communicate the updated order to the loader but charged me extra money based on the newly uploaded photos. The loader showed up with the wrong size trunk and refused to take what’s instructed to be taken. Loadup representatives’ response was very slow and wanted to requote/charge more…
I had a very heavy pool table to move. I was kept informed about the time they would be there and they were on time. Moving the table was difficult, but they kept at it and did no damage to the house. Great job!
I did all the nervous apprehension for everyone. LoadUp hit it out of the park! Just place your order and wait for the appointment date… rest easy and relax in between and following the pick up. Definitely will recommend this company without hesitation. They work entirely as advertised right out of the box.
I had some furniture that I wanted to get rid of so I looked online and found a couple of places. They were all overpriced except for Loadup. It was easy to book an appointment and the guys that showed up were friendly and got the job done quickly. I definitely recommend using their services.
Abdul was professional and removed the items that we donated.
Great experience! Would definitely use again!
LoadUp team was great. Able to track their arrival. LoadUp crew managed thru the heavy lifting and negotiated tight stairwell landing to remove my bdrm furniture. Thanks and continued safety for the LU team.
Friendly and efficient. No damage to the house despite heavy desks carried out.
Movers were polite and professional.
First called J**** K***, who quoted $268 and required me to be present for a 2-hr pickup window. Then went online and got a quote from Load Up for $134, and got a discount for curbside pickup, which didn't require me to be present! Booked on Sunday for Tuesday pickup. I set an 8am to 8pm window and the furniture was…
Nadine and the rest of the movers were very friendly and responsive. And we're quick to respond when I had questions before hand.
