Personnel were courteous, helpful and very efficient. They removed a King sized bed with zero hassle and set up the new bed in mere moments. I cannot recommend this service more.
Napoleon was great! Very efficient and nice. There seemed to be a lack of communication from the front office on timing. But it all worked out. And my hope is that the bed gets donated to somebody in need. Wish I could track whether that can occur.

Initially scheduling problems. I guess my issue is more with big fig/whoever was responding for arranging return. Fellow with open pickup truck came to get mattress, it rained all day. $1500 mattress that was never used is ruined! It could have gone to charity instead of land fill.
