Local Floor Cleaner, Inc.

They did a deep clean our sofa and loveseat for a great price that included the pet odor treatment. Our guy was quick and efficient. Dry time was a few hours, and we were back on our clean upholstery by the evening.

Great job

Local Floor Cleaner did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and mattress.

Skylar and Asher cleaned three mattresses and an upholstered bench for me and each turned out beautifully. They were friendly, efficient and very professional. I would have them again and highly recommend.

I hired Local Floor Cleaner based on their website. Skylar did an amazing job on an area rug and chair. They look almost brand new. He was polite, helpful, professional and was on time. I will definitely hire this company again for any future cleaning that needs to be done.

Skylar has cleaned rugs and furniture now twice for me (I’m an interior designer and pretty picky) and it has been a pleasure working with him. Not only is he extremely professional but they do an amazing job on high end rugs and furniture. The cost is a fraction of what others have quoted me. Don’t use anyone else but them for your cleaning needs.

Awesome service and did a great job! Skyler is super nice and will definitely use them again!

They did an excellent job getting out stains on a microsuede sofa. Also highly professional and friendly. I would definitely ask them to come back for future projects.

Alec did an amazing job of cleaning our couches and carpets. Very friendly, on time and easy to work with. Highly recommend the local team and they offered spot cleaner to use which they formulate by themselves.

Skylar and his team are fantastic. My floors and rugs and sofa look brand new!

We had a white sofa & gray upholstered chair cleaned. He arrived on time, was curteous and informative. He did both in about 1.5 hours. I learned that if the upholstery had any fabric protection that the steam cleaning removes that so they recommended adding a liquid fabric protection which we did. Not every spot… Read full review

Would absolutely use Skylar again! Very friendly and professional and has top of the line equipment. Our sofa looked new again, should have called him months ago. Everything dried quickly. We recently had our sofas and chairs cleaned by Local Floor Cleaner. They did an awesome job cleaning our furniture, making them look new. They were extremely responsive and professional. We highly recommend their services.

Local is a great company. I've used them for a couple years now. Always prompt, always friendly, and they use "green" products, so there's not that chemical smell left in our house, just clean!

This was my first time with this company. I have a vacation rental and need upholstery cleaning regularly. He was right on time, and did a great job cleaning our furniture! He even recommended drying the loose cushions in the sun. Genius! Don’t know why I never thought of that, but it came out great. Highly recommend!

I can't explain how easy it was to get a quote and have the cleaning done. Friendly, professional, efficient, fairly priced. I highly recommend using this company. -K
