David came out right away and was amazing. Had our system fixed extremely fast!
I had a great experience with both AC & Plumbing techs that were sent out (separate appointments, same day). Booking the services was quick and easy with a phone call, and they were able to come out same day. Don arrived first to address my plumbing issue, and quickly & efficiently replaced a leaking hose bib after…

I contacted Local Roots AC & Plumbing for a second opinion, and I'm very glad I did. John A. was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough from the moment he arrived. What impressed me most was his honesty. It's one thing to pay for a repair that truly needs to be done, but it's another to know you're working…
Imagine this, it's 5 PM on a Monday night the first week back to school for you kids, you get a phone call from your wife telling you there's a leak coming from the driveway water valve and it's running under the concrete slab of the driveway. We regularly service our air conditioning system with Local Roots, so I…

Nice and easy. Full system replacement. Jordan & Darren did a great job and were very professional. Eric was thorough and quick in the bid process.
We had Josh for A/C maintenance and Mathew for plumbing issues out and were very pleased. We found Local Roots with high recommendations from Next door and did not disappoint. They were on time, professional and kept us informed through every step. They are a small local business and you don’t get the runaround and…
My air conditioner went out on a Saturday afternoon on a 105 degree day. Dave with Local Roots arrived within an hour and fixed the problem in the next hour! He was knowledgeable and clearly cared about the quality of the work. I thought I’d be without A/C for the weekend and I’m astonished and grateful that it was…

Have been a customer of Local Roots ( previously Hays) for the past 18 years . I trust their team with all of the mechanical in my house , from tankless water heater to soft water system to all plumbing and AC ( They have now replaced all 3 of our units after keeping the old ones alive for many years). Their office…
I called Local Roots AC for a second opinion on an AC unit that I was told was out of the manufacturer's warranty on parts and there was a problem with the blower motor. I was a former business and home client with Hay's Heating and Cooling (now Local Roots) for 10+ years so I knew they would be straight forward and…
John was absolutely awesome. He explained every procedure he was doing and provided education on the process of HVAC. Highly recommend, performs outstanding service.
Ideal and John did a very thorough and professional job with our HVAC system. They truly went above and beyond. I’m very happy and highly recommend this company.
Local roots has been nothing but great in our experience. We had them install a new AC last June and just had our AC Tune Up last week. Noah was amazing, knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure we had everything taken care of. He wasn’t pushing in talking about their VIP packages and handled everything…
