10 out of 10 for prompt, professional, attention to detail, neat and orderly and mindful consideration for preferences! My technicians were Brian and Leon. I have a pet and they made my white carpet and white furniture back to new! The carpet and furniture both began drying before they left so no soaked carpet!…
They were punctual, polite and professional. Came on time and did a superb job. They even managed to remove stains that I didn't think would ever come out. Very satisfied.
Brian and Leon did a fabulous job and were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't see much improvement in the carpet piling in high traffic areas, but the carpets are definitely clean.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Lock Pro Cleaning Services! After the recent flooding, they cleaned all of my floors, carpets, rugs, and upholstery, and the results were phenomenal. They completed everything in less than two and a half hours without sacrificing quality. The team was extremely professional,…
Kevin was professional and prompt in responding to my online inquiry. The technicians did an excellent job on my area rugs and staircase. I will definitely hire Lock Pro Cleaning again. Thank you!
The service provided by Lock Pro was professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs
First time getting my 8*10 rug cleaned and I’m beyond satisfied. The men were very professional in picking up and dropping off my rug. They even were kind enough to reposition my rug to my liking.
I received good service
From the first time I called until the job was complete the experience was excellent. Kevin was so polite and worked with me to set appointments around my schedule. The crew that did the area rug cleaning was on time, polite, efficient and hard working. We highly recommend Lock Pro Cleaning Services.
Alan and Lonzo did a good job, Kevin was on point with communication the customer service is definitely A1 highly recommend
I called, got a quote, scheduled a time for them to come out, and they arrived right on time. Price quoted over the phone was the price in-person so no surprises. We did end up adding a deoderizer to the cleaning because of the pet smells. They got the stains and smell out! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Lock Pro provided cleaning for a full basement carpet, staircase, 5 area rugs, 2 upholstered arm chairs and our big sectional. Everything turned out great- job well done! I found this company on Google and was impressed by the reviews. I’m thoroughly satisfied with their work! My carpet looks brand new and my home smells amazing! No question about it..I’ll book every 6 months as suggested!
Very thorough and great communication. Rugs are beautiful. Great job Alonso and Alan.
Very quality service. Arrived on time and got the pet stains out of my carpet. Would recommend.
Lock Pro was super efficient and transparent with their service! I scheduled a week in advance, and the cleaners came in and finished the job in 20 minutes. They were able to get my candle wax out of my rug, and make it look brand new. I was charged $200 for a 6x9 rug, so it may not be the best fit for a cost…
Good work. Good communication. Showed up on time and were courteous. I’d strongly recommend Lock Pro and very happy with the outcome.

I searched through the internet in need of cleaning services from the flood… I had contacted several places that couldn’t accommodate my needs… Upon reaching and Speaking to The CEO Mr. Kevin, I was surely in great hands. I talked to Kevin at 7:19 am and by 8am I was…
