Review from Google · view on GoogleI have an antique hand tufted wool rug I thought was a total loss after it was damaged from a horrible storm. It was several weeks before I could get the rug out of the room to see if it could be saved. I contacted Lock Pro Cleaning Services and Kevin was so helpful and assured me he felt it could be restored. They came and picked it up and had it back to me in one week. They were prompt and professional and very friendly and helpful getting it out of the house. It was a few days before I was able to place it back into the room, and WOW! It looks like a brand new rug. I will recommend Lock Pro Cleaning Services to everyone I know. I am so happy my beloved rug was not lost after all. Thank you Kevin and Lock Pro Cleaning.
