For the 2nd time within 6 months, I have spilled coffee on very light Berber carpeting. This cleaning process is so much more involved than just a regular cleaning. Nick did a great job on our carpet. It looks brand new. The dog urine stains that we could not get out of the carpet or even reduce the smell after many attempts with the shampoo that we rented from our grocery store, Nick got all of it out. I recommend Nature's Way to anyone!!

The entire crew at Nature’s Way is fantastic. Jeff, the technician, is a true professional and gave me great recommendations on what he could do to clean and protect my carpets and couch. He did an excellent job cleaning the sectional couch, it looks brand new and we had some dirt pet stains on the side of it where the dog likes to prop her back up against - all gone! Carpets look great and he was thoughtful about floor and shoe coverings to respect our space. You’ve got a lifelong customer here!

Jeff, our service technician, did an amazing job cleaning our carpet! He arrived on time, but unfortunately had to return to the office to switch his van because of some unexpected issues. Our 24-year-old cream-colored carpet was in pretty rough condition, so I had low expectations. Honestly, I just hoped the cleaning would remove the dirt and dust and make the carpet look a little better. All I can say is WOW! What an outstanding job Jeff did! The high-traffic areas came out looking much cleaner, and he paid special attention to our family room, which was in the worst condition. He even cleaned it twice to get the best results, and I couldn’t be happier! I’m so glad I chose Nature’s Way Carpet Cleaner. Jeff went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the care and effort he put into his work. Excellent service and a job well done!
