Brian and Leon did a fabulous job and were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't see much improvement in the carpet piling in high traffic areas, but the carpets are definitely clean.

Lock Pro was super efficient and transparent with their service! I scheduled a week in advance, and the cleaners came in and finished the job in 20 minutes. They were able to get my candle wax out of my rug, and make it look brand new. I was charged $200 for a 6x9 rug, so it may not be the best fit for a cost… Read full review
