I call Brian every year because he does good and efficient work at a fair price. We heat our house with a wood burning stove and our chimney gets dirty. Brian’s chimney sweep always sets us up for a problem-free winter.
I will start this off that I have used a common name chimney sweeping / cleaning company for years. I found Brian and London Fog this season and will only use him moving forward. The past company (come to find out) was not doing a solid sweep and clean. He is professional, honest and fair priced. I will be having him back each year moving forward.
We used London Fog to clean our chimney that probably hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years! The owner was prompt, professional, and even fit us in the same day that I called! I’m going to have him install a new chimney cap soon! Thank you again!
Brian was neat, organized, and efficient. He answered my questions fully and left me feeling confident in his work. Highly recommend.
Additional service I received was a damper installation. I’m very satisfied with the services I received and will use them again for future needs.
BEST PRICE AND SERVICE. Brian came right on time and cleaned my super dirty chimney within 30 minutes. He did excellent work and has the lowest price out of the companies I've called.
Great service fast response and came out quick!
London fog did a great getting our chimney for our house ready so we could list it! Very reasonable pricing, the owner was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Brian was responsive, call before he was on the way to our appointment and showed up on time. Cleaned and inspected our fireplace, provided recommendations and was very informative. I highly recommend this business.
We recently purchased a house and had London Fog out to do a chimney sweep and inspection. Prior to the appointment, Brian had great communication and was quick to respond. On the day of service, Brian was on time and professional. He was very detailed in examining our chimney and explaining any concerns. Will definitely use London Fog again!
Brian did a fabulous job on cleaning out our chimney! It was in desperate need of a cleaning after years of use and he got the job done. While he was here he inspected our bricks inside and out, checked to make sure the other equipment was working properly, and helped install a new set of fireplace doors. We have…
This was the first time and not the last time i use London Fog Bryan was on time ahead of schedule called to let me know he be early for my chimney sweep Came in saw that i had a very old Buck stove insert asked if i had a liner i said yes. Bryan got to work fast laid out a floor covering and set up his massive…
My impression of Bryan after talking to him over the phone was that he was a man who cared about doing his job and doing it well. I’m happy to say that he lived up to that expectation and some! Bryan did a great job cleaning up a what could only be described as a really dirty fireplace. He was clean, effective and…
Brian was very helpful and was able to come out the same day to do a cleaning and inspection. I was very happy with the service and the price. I would highly recommend this company.
This company stood me up — complete no shows. It already felt a bit strange communicating entirely via text message, so I shouldn’t have been surprised.
Top notch service. I started using Brian a few years back, he is consistent, kind and honest. Very knowledgable of his trade.
The employees are extremely friendly & helpful, London Fog has been around for over 30 years, I love the way they do business, always go above & beyond. It is the company which I highly recommend for Detroit Metropolitan areas. Prices are decent very trustful.
We've used London Fog Chimney Sweeps for 3 years in a row now. Excellent service. Friendly. We got same day service! He even advised us on setting up our fireplace in the beginning.
Was on time, professional and help to trouble shoot some issues with smoke coming into the house.
Highly recommend.
Good quality work , punctual Professional
Very professional. Very thorough. Would recommend without a moments hesitation.
I called London fog, and they came out the same day. Was very professional, and made sure to answer any question that I had. I highly recommend using this company if you need any work done on your chimney!
Got 2 stars for showing up. Was here for about 40 minutes, left the vacuum running while sitting in his van, did not get up on a ladder to do a full inspection. When he came in he left a muddy trail and rubbed it into the carpet while saying "just a little dirt" not worth the money. I'll clean the thing myself next time or call a better company.
Brian was on time and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He took time to answer all the questions I had as it was my first time getting the chimney cleaned. Highly recommend his service to those who are looking for professional service.
I booked Brian 2 months in advance. On the day of service he called me to reschedule because he was sick. After 3 weeks he said he was sick and can book me again. Instead of keeping my spot on top of the list to resume his work, he said the soonest would be another 2 months. Very bad communication.
London Fog came out today to clean and inspect my fireplace and chimney. They were on time, professional and helped me a tremendously with my questions.
Brian at London Fog Chimney Sweeps is the absolute best!!! Several years ago I had a fireplace and chimney that needed a complete overhaul. I also wanted to convert the gas fireplace back to a wood burning fireplace. He did it all and it turned out perfect. So, naturally, when our home that is presently up for…
Brian is a super nice guy and his work was great. My house stayed soot free and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Brian, the owner was very helpful. I had contacted someone else about my chimney swifts Before him and they took advantage of me. Brian came the very next day. He’s also going to help me get a cap and install. It.
Brian and I communicated via email which was great for me. Brian responded immediately and between 3 emails we worked out a date and time for my fireplace to be cleaned and inspected. He also took time to explain to me how to use my gas fire place and what cautions I should take. This was highly appreciated since I…
