Edgar came early at 9 am to do inspection and found some cracks and a few other things that needed attention. Artificial Fire Logs with Remote -installation
Val and the team seemed young but very professional. They did a great job cleaning, restoring, and installing the new gas log. Although I wasn't made aware about the initial trip charge during scheduling, the entire process otherwise was smooth. Happy with the result so far.
Very well done. Really quick and looks brand new. Definitely would recommend. Val did an amazing job!

These young men were kind, fast working and professional! This is something I have wanted to do for awhile. I’ll call Lone Star again for sure. Well done everyone
Our chimney inspection was handled very professionally. Isaac Chauin did a thorough job with the inspection, sharing photos of areas that needed repair. He provided us with a reasonable quote and was expedient in taking care of the repairs. He kept us up-to-date on the repair progress and then provided pictures of the finished product.
The person who conducted the inspection explained and showed me why his recommendations were needed. I appreciate it!
