Shout out to Jae Will and Cam and Isiah for being five star movers! Very happy with these guys! However Lucky Day I Will NOT recommend! Arrival times were changed and there was very poor communication with who ever was in charge. Pickup was done by one person and me. I understand issues may arise but poor communication and flat out lies on status from who ever was in charge makes me regret choosing Lucky Day.

I am so impressed with Isaiah, Armando, and Kam! They did a phenomenal job. So professional and so nice. They took extra care with my belongings. They always made sure to put my furniture just the way I wanted it. They all had such a great attitude and they worked really hard the entire time. Also shout out to Armando who took my call and scheduled my move. He was very attentive and had great customer service. Thank you guys!

I can’t recommend Lucky Day Moving and Storage highly enough. The entire experience was seamless, from the initial quote with Nate to Nina’s clear and consistent communication throughout the process. Brock and Shawn handled the move, and they were fantastic. They showed up with smiles, worked efficiently, communicated well, and treated everything with care. Friendly, professional, and genuinely great to work with. This is a team that makes moving feel far less stressful than it has any right to be. If I need anything moved again, Lucky Day will be my first call.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not use Lucky Day Movers again due to their misleading and unethical billing practices. First, I want to be clear that the moving crew (Isaiah and gage) themselves were polite, professional, and worked hard in the Arizona heat and I tipped them well because I appreciated their effort. My issue is entirely with the company’s billing and lack of transparency. When I called I was quoted $185/ hr for 2 guys. I asked if there were any other upfront fees as other moving companies had a flat upfront fee and then hourly rate. I was told no, just an hourly rate. Only after the move was complete did I learn that the company charges customers for the crew’s travel time to and from their office. This was never explained before the move or during the scheduling process. Had I known, I would have factored that into my decision or chosen a different company. The billing was also inaccurate. The actual billable moving time should have been approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes, yet I was charged for 5 hours and 15 minutes. The crew stopped for about a 45-minute lunch break, and I was billed for that time as well. No one asked if I approved a break, and no one informed me that the clock would continue running while they were off the job. The mover said the manager would have to adjust the invoice and I could pay him over the phone with a different card than used for the deposit after the adjustment. I called the office after the movers left and got a call center answering service who said they would have a manager call me. I never received a call. I texted and emailed requesting a call back and never got one. They ended up automatically charging the card I used for the deposit even tho I told them I wanted to pay with another card. I ended up calling 2 more times before reaching someone who could help me 3 days later. Jay I’m guessing the manager called me back. Said they charge 1hr extra for docking time, travel to/from their office and it was standard practice. I told him I should’ve been told this during the initial price quote upfront and not after the move. I had specifically asked if any other charges other than the hourly rate and was told no. Jay wasn’t willing to credit me the extra hour. None of these additional charges were clearly disclosed before the move. Honest companies are transparent about their pricing and explain all billable time before the work begins—not after the customer is presented with the final invoice. The movers earned their tip. Unfortunately, the company’s deceptive billing practices completely overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. I cannot recommend a company that fails to clearly disclose fees and bills customers for time that should not have been charged
