Lucky's Concrete is simply the best. Enrique and the entire crew were top notch on our patio extension. We are totally satisfied with the results of the work and will without hesitation use them again if we ever need more concrete work done.
If I could give one star I would. I called and they “stated they didn’t want to leave me hanging and did just that left me hanging and didn’t provide any date or time they could do the service.” I do not recommend! If you want a service done, use a company who will give you estimates on when they can do the work. No…

For anyone reading this: Ms. Francis's request was to repair a concrete step the same day, in order to close on a house the following morning. We returned her call within minutes and spoke directly. The honest answer we gave — the one we'd give any homeowner — is that we won't promise a same-day structural concrete repair just to beat a next-day deadline. Concrete has to be placed properly and given time to cure to be safe and sound; rushing that to hit a closing isn't doing you a favor, it's handing you a liability. We'd rather tell you the truth up front than leave your family standing on work that wasn't ready. We're sorry that wasn't the answer you were hoping to hear, Karina, and we genuinely wish you the best with your closing.

Done Professionally and Fast Didn’t wait Long

I am only giving 2 stars because the driveway they poured “appears” to be sound, and the project manager Enrique was a decent human. I will emphatically say that in NO WAY would I recommend using this company. The initial impression gives professional, but then you give them your money and the professionalism goes straight out the window. I was berated and disrespected when I ask that they correct an issue THEY CREATED. There was a six inch gap dug out between my driveway and the grass, that was not there before. I asked that they backfill it with dirt, and the guy literally laughed in my face. The job started late and then was rushed through. Concrete was dumped on the grass and my bush. The entire experience was trash. We went into this with a positive mindset and then they shit all over it. BUYER BEWARE…
We completed the contracted scope of work for Mr. Jones: a full driveway demo and replacement. By his own words, the driveway "appears to be sound." The dispute centered on backfilling dirt along the edges—work that was not included in our original agreement. Despite this, we ultimately completed the backfill at no additional charge to bring the project to a close. We acknowledge the job started later than scheduled on day one, and we take that feedback seriously. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and the professionalism of our project manager Enrique, whom Mr. Jones himself praised. This was a challenging project from a communication standpoint, and we regret that we couldn't find common ground more easily. That said, this experience is not representative of the hundreds of projects we complete each year. We're proud of the relationships we build with our customers and the work we deliver across Texas. We wish Mr. Jones well.
We didn't get work done because my mom changed her mind on what she wanted. But the reps I worked with on a quote were very responsive and professional, no doubt the work would be great.
