Fast service. Accurate assessment on my vehicle. Repairs done right. You need to take your vehicle here for all your service needs. Highly recommend!
Really like the loaner car. Makes it easier to get around while my car is getting repaired.
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Luke’s Auto for a very long time. Always great service, and even better work.
Everyone at Luke's auto provide first class service. Their attention to detail and excellent technicians diagnosed my car issues quickly. They provided reports that were clear and included very detailed technician notes and pictures of the problem areas. I highly recommend Luke's for your auto care!
The most professional and dependable automotive business I have ever dealt with.
I needed to find an auto shop that serviced European vehicles and Luke's came highly recommended. I can confirm that all of the positive reviews are warranted. They do an outstanding inspection, complete with photos and a prioritized list of recommended services. Uber and/or loaner cars are available which made it…
Everyone is so helpful, kind and patient there at Luke’s. I mainly dealt with Justin and he explained things so I understood, and didn’t seemed rushed. Will definitely be returning, highly recommend this shop for your vehicle
My wife and I only use Luke's for any of our car issues. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are quick to update me while they work and very polite and personable on the phone and in person. Update 5 years later. Still exclusively using Luke's for our cars. Still getting great professional service. Love…
This is the only place I will ever take my car. They’re honest they do a great job And they’re fair on pricing
great service. great staff. will be using them again. They are expanding but their quality service is excellent as usual.
I had my car towed to Luke’s because it wouldn’t start. I thought it was the battery but upon further diagnosing, the engine was flooded with gas and it needed new spark plugs and coils. And an oil change. There were a few other, less urgent issues as well. I was able to choose the most urgent concerns alongside my…
Having a shop like Luke's Auto is like having Marcus Welby, MD as your family doctor. [Edit 8/8/2023] Still the best! Wouldn't go anywhere else on a bet!
After several poor experiences with a previous auto repair shop I was angry and skeptical of auto repair shops. Then I needed help with my vehicle. I went to Luke’s based on feedback from two people I trust. Luke’s Auto was upfront, professional, friendly, and I am very pleased with the work their team did! I will…
I've been a customer for a few years and needed to update this review and re-bump the 5 star. There were some office challenges that Aaron and folks were working through today, which resulted in delays on my service charges when I arrived. To save my time they told me to take my car and pay them later when it was…
love going to Lukes, trust them and very easy to work with!
It was a great experience! I was advised of what was wrong with a very readable pdf of what was going on. It was so much easier than trying to deal with Carmax. Definitely recommend
My car broke down while in Columbus, and I had to leave it there for a few days while I returned to Cincinnati. They explained what had to be done now, what could wait, and made sure I understood why. This is a garage I would drive from Cincinnati to because I know the work they would be top of the line. Luke’s auto is a garage you can trust.
Luke's is great. It was an expensive visit for the first time. But they kept the costs down where they could. Took care of the breaks on their dime because the A/C repair was a lot. Even replaced some bulbs for free. They offer a free loaner as well which was huge because I live 20+ minutes away. George took great care of my ride.
Luke's auto is extremely welcoming, speedy, and clear. You can trust them.
On short notice they set me up with an appointment and made a loaner car available. Car was dropped off about 9:30 a.m. and by 3:00 had an answer for me. The car was ready for pickup by 5:00. Kudos to Joel for excellent customer service. I'll be back!!
Great!
They are timely, communicative, friendly, reasonably priced, and ensure repairs are 100% complete (you don't have to worry that in a month you'll be back for a related issue).
Luke's provided uber service:)ty
Luke's Auto is very friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner.
This place was a lot better before their "expansion"....
It's a good place to go
Bought a new car and was having some issues with it, they got me in the next day and checked it out for me , found a pretty serious problem and I was able to return the car in time. Good work good communication, I’ll be taking all my cars here from now on.
Was having unknown engine issues, they were able to diagnose & fix in a timely manner. Appreciate their communication and timeliness! Will be going back.
This is the second car I’ve trusted Luke’s Auto to maintain and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Very friendly staff, great communication, prompt services. Thanks guys and gals!!
Always treated fairly and honestly. I like that they let me know what needs done now and what can wait..keeping my financial obligations in mind. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone who needs a mechanical expert to repair their vehicle
Made several visits to service my car at Luke's Auto and have received excellent service each time. Luke's Auto is my "go to". The entire team is highly professional. My service advisor Adam is a true professional, he explains in depth each service done, affords me all the time I need to ask questions, and makes…
I took a very old car in to see if it was worth fixing. They did a full inspection and gave me a " treatment plan" the cost to fix was more than was paid for the car. They treated me like family and did not push repairs. At the time I chose to NOT repair and look for another means of transportation. Due to the…
Once again, Luke's has saved me a bunch of money on an old vehicle when they could have made a lot of $$ on the diagnostic process. Or they could have simply refused to work on it due to complexity & age of the vehicle. I recently "inherited" a pretty nice used truck which quickly began to exhibit an electrical…
We just moved to the area and my car’s check engine light came on. I had also been having some issues with my heat/air system for a couple of months. I found Luke’s Auto online and after checking out their ratings and reviews, I felt comfortable enough to take my car in. I was surprised by how soon they were able to…
Luke’s Automotive has always taken very good care of our cars. We have been taking our cars to Lukes for years! I wouldn't want to take them anywhere else. Lukes is honest, trustworthy, and well worth giving them a try with your car’s repair and maintenance.
Luke’s is a great shop. They are communicative, thorough, and honest. Highly recommended.
Always a good experience to interact with Aaron and the rest of the team. I received a wild card of a vehicle from a friend,, and they diagnosed and evaluated the vehicle before I put too much into it. I have always been able to trust them and their work, and am so grateful to them. I have watched them grow over…
I’ve used Luke’s since they began. I completely trust them to do the right thing at a competitive price. I love the fact that they have loaner cars. If you can find a better shop……………that’s right, you won’t.
The guys over at Luke’s Auto are great. I had my 2013 F150 in for a check engine light . Turns out it was an O2 sensor. I decided to have the oil and spark plugs changed as well. During the whole process they kept me updated and even had me out by the end of the day. This kind of service is hard to find anymore and…
This is my second experience with Luke's auto and they will have a returning customer with me! They are a very honest shop that does good work! The first repair I had done turned out to be more than anticipated, but the service team kept us in the loop and checked with us every step of the way. Although the price…
