I was visiting from out of state and my car needed service. My kids recommend Luke’s Auto and I was very pleased with the work and customer care I received. They even sent an Uber for me when the work was finished and my car was ready to be picked up.
Very impressed with there service. They listen and communicate issues that need attention. There pricey but they offer a warranty.
They fast but efficient and I was super happy. It was my first time there and I got an oil change. I will be getting my oil changed there regularly.

My go to! They are true experts, HONEST, and they get it right! Don't waste your time or money any place else! Update: my insurance company suggested that I take my car to a nearby shop for repairs. Everyone at Luke's auto provide first class service. Their attention to detail and excellent technicians diagnosed my car issues quickly. Great service by a great auto repair business. When I moved to Columbus I needed a reputable shop. I searched online and Luke's is in the top 3. I have been there 5 times now and have found my repair shop in Columbus
I needed new tire sensors. They gave me a ride home and had my car ready the next morning. They gave me another ride to pick up my car. They are so nice, professional and knowledgeable. I can't imagine going anywhere else to have my car worked on.

Luke's Auto is an excellent provider for car service. They are easy to work with, understandable, and reliable. I have found it to be superior than my local dealer in various aspects of the entire experience from start to finish.
This place quoted a tow and then charged more once the car got to the shop. Then more outrageous charges and quotes followed. ultimately we decided to go to a neighboring shop.
