Very professional when they say the car is gonna be done on this day. It will be done on that day. Better best believe they will get it done on time. Very happy that i picked the right place to get my car fixed.I will be taking my car here for future repairs.
Quickly analyzed problem and corrected the problem. Work was done quickly and I was kept informed of work required. Very satisfied with Luke’s repairing and maintaining my automobiles.
I came home from a really long road trip out west and brought my van into Luke’s for an oil change. During the service, I requested that my battery be tested. Lo and behold, by the time my oil was changed and my tires were rotated - my battery was completely dead. Kristian and Olivia went above and beyond to ensure…
Very professional, very efficient intake. Very effective work on my car. The complimentary Uber to and from my home to the shop was unexpected, but much appreciated. I have never experienced that at any other shop!
UPDATE: I thought I had done this update a long time ago but, evidently not so I'm doing it now because I feel it is important for people to know. Below this paragraph is the initial review which I originally gave 5 stars. I should have waited because things went WAY downhill after I gave them a 5 star review. I was…
Luke’s Auto is the best auto shop I’ve ever used. They are transparent about repairs, reasonably priced, and — which is hardly the case for most shops — are super-friendly people. I always have positive experiences, especially at this location.
My wife and I only use Luke's for any of our car issues. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are quick to update me while they work and very polite and personable on the phone and in person. Update 5 years later. Still exclusively using Luke's for our cars. Still getting great professional service. Love…
Let your search for a good auto repair shop end at Luke's Auto. The men and women at Luke's are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. They always ask me if I need a ride home when I bring my car in for service, or they arrange for me to have one of their free loaner cars if they are going to need mine…
Great people! Awesome experience!
Great place! I recommend them!
This was my second time going to Luke’s auto . I’ve had various different services performed on my car and have never had any issues with their work . Luke’s is pretty far from me but their level of professionalism and customer service is unmatched so I will NEVER go anywhere else . Highly recommend .
Luke's team was very professional and easy to work with. I appreciated Brad's honesty and did not feel pressured in any way, which I appreciate.
Very professional. They did a full inspection, but were not pushy about getting the other needed service. Great communicators and quick service.
Everything went great! They got it in and fixed same day and my car is running better than ever. Plus, everyone I spoke with in their shop was so cheerful and courteous, they made a really bad day much better. Thanks for your outstanding service. HIGHLY recommend! ☺️
another great job done by lukes automotive on my rear brakes. brakes work great , thanks again.
Happy with the work done, helpful staff, we payed less than what we were originally quoted. Would definitely return!
So I've spent about 10,000 with them on my car for various reasons. And 3 other cars prior. This being the 4th car just keeps having problem after problem. That being said I like to think we know each other fairly well at this point. Well while out of town in their loaner car my gf mom called and said some b/s about…
Was very happy with service, communication, and especially customer service. Will use again!
This is my first car and I had to find a new shop for my service. I have heard great things about Luke's and I was not disappointed. They were friendly, easy to contact, communicated clearly about their timeline and price. The customer service can't be beat and I am particularly grateful to Dennis for his outstanding service. This is my new shop!
Great customer service & very friendly. Honest and helpful ! Will continue to take our cars here.
Always treated fairly and honestly. I like that they let me know what needs done now and what can wait..keeping my financial obligations in mind. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone who needs a mechanical expert to repair their vehicle
Austin was wonderful....a credit to your business. I really was impressed with what you did. Thank you again.
Fantastic service as always!
Everyone here is SO nice and will get back to in a timely manner. They always explain what the problem is and the best course of action. As someone who knows nothing about cars I am confident every time I leave my car in their hands that it will get fixed.
I’ll be taking my car to Luke’s if other repairs are needed. They’re so efficient my car was only there overnight. I was kept informed during the inspection and repairs so there were no surprises. Huge bonus was the loaner car!
Love this place, they were so fast. I had about 1700 dollars worth of repairs and was expecting it to take 3-5 days in the shop (previous experience) but they were able to get it done by the next day. Also I was able to get an appt. with them within 7 days of calling them.
Luke’s is a great shop. They are communicative, thorough, and honest. Highly recommended.
Lovely professional staff. They walked me through the problems, how it was going to be fixed & a breakdown of the total. 10/10 experience and my car runs greats now!
As always they were thorough and helpful. Issue was resolved.
Lukes Auto was a wonderful experience! They were able to get me in right away even on a friday of the holiday weekend and were very quick in getting the issue resolved. Everyone very friendly and informitive! will return to them in the future!!!
This is my second experience with Luke's auto and they will have a returning customer with me! They are a very honest shop that does good work! The first repair I had done turned out to be more than anticipated, but the service team kept us in the loop and checked with us every step of the way. Although the price…
Towed van here after AAA said we had an issue they couldn’t help us with. Staff at Luke’s were able to accurately diagnose and repair our van. Since they had to do an extra repair not included in the original diagnosis, it was provided for free. While I was waiting to pick up my van, another customer came in to pick…
Lukes auto went above and beyond. The guys were so incredibly knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were incredibly reasonably priced and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The honesty and integrity of each employee was very evident as well. I will be using them for…
