Omg I love this place.❤️ Kind, keeps you up dated on your car as they go. How they send information about what's going on with pictures/ videos. Yesssss love it . Mr Rayn always answered my calls listening to my worries about what is going on. Really took notes on what I was saying. Cost wasn't no problem. Thats…
I visited this shop to diagnose a Check Engine Light and Service Brake Assist warning on my Car. They performed a smoke test and correctly identified that the vacuum pipe between the brake booster and the intake manifold was leaking. I appreciated that they showed me a photo of the damaged area. However, I was…
The most professional and dependable automotive business I have ever dealt with.
Easy to make an appointment.. prompt service and provided a loaner car. Friendly and courteous
By far the shadiest experience I've had with a mechanic in Columbus. I took my car in for brake work on Tuesday and got a call on Thursday saying that the job was done, but the car no longer started. I approved a $130 diagnostic fee for my starter on top of the already steep $975 I was paying for replacement on my…
Was having some issue with how my car was driving, Lukes was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it taken care of. Specifically Joel was a huge help in explaining what was going on and how they were going to fix it. Will definitely be returning
Great service every time. The new lobby is very nice and welcoming. Ben is my go-to guy. He's great
Repair was done quicker than projected so got car back before weekend. Worked with me on price a bit by reducing warranty. Very courteous professional interactions and excellent explanations and documentation of work suggested and why.
Talk about convenience, talk about honesty, talk about prompt service! I deeply appreciate the gratuitous Uber rides, the pictures of the problems with my car. And they don't take any longer than they need. I don't trust anyone but Luke's.
Great Service! Sandra helped get my daughter's car set up and repaired to be safe and dependable for a long trip. Will definitely be using Luke's for future service!
I needed to find an auto shop that serviced European vehicles and Luke's came highly recommended. I can confirm that all of the positive reviews are warranted. They do an outstanding inspection, complete with photos and a prioritized list of recommended services. Uber and/or loaner cars are available which made it…
I’ve trusted Luke’s for the past five years. They are the only auto shop that I will use to service my vehicle. They are both reliable and professional! I have never been disappointed in their work.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10 – Luke’s Auto is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the hospitality, honesty, and genuine care. Sandra Hamm and the entire Luke’s Auto team you made me feel like family. Sandra told me, “It’s the Luke’s way,” and I…
They took care with my car and were totally professional and finish the work. In a reasonable amount of time.
I have been using Luke’s for all my car service for several years. I have always been pleased with the work completed. The staff have always been professional and answer any questions before the work is completed. Over the years, I have referred 4 of my lady friends and they also only have positive reviews for Luke’s.
My wife and I only use Luke's for any of our car issues. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are quick to update me while they work and very polite and personable on the phone and in person. Update 5 years later. Still exclusively using Luke's for our cars. Still getting great professional service. Love…
Let your search for a good auto repair shop end at Luke's Auto. The men and women at Luke's are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. They always ask me if I need a ride home when I bring my car in for service, or they arrange for me to have one of their free loaner cars if they are going to need mine…
They always do a great job, for a fair price.
The best experience I've ever had with an automotive repair. Above and beyond in every aspect. I'll never go anywhere else again.
Luke and his team took great care of me and my car. I went in because my brakes were making a weird noise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and very helpful advisors who were able to get all my information. They also had a loaner car available for me to use, which was so convenient! They did a great…
The customer service is unsurpassed. I have used Luke’s many times and they always go above and beyond.
The customer service was excellent. The gentleman I worked with was empathetic, knowledgeable and extremely quick to respond. I didn’t feel pressured. I was given all the information I needed. They truly took the time and effort to diagnose the problem and lay out all of my options. They even double checked their…
I've been a customer for a few years and needed to update this review and re-bump the 5 star. There were some office challenges that Aaron and folks were working through today, which resulted in delays on my service charges when I arrived. To save my time they told me to take my car and pay them later when it was…
I appreciate the kindness and assurance of your employees when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Thank you much.
great intake by Nicholas. Good communication, though the texts were a little confusing, but calls cleared that up.
Luke's is great. It was an expensive visit for the first time. But they kept the costs down where they could. Took care of the breaks on their dime because the A/C repair was a lot. Even replaced some bulbs for free. They offer a free loaner as well which was huge because I live 20+ minutes away. George took great care of my ride.
I highly recommend Luke's. Their team is great to work with. I really appreciate the thoroughness of their evaluation and recommendations for repairs needed now and in the near future. Luke's has fair pricing and that is greatly appreciated as well. Thanks Luke's!
Great service (like always) from the team at Luke's!
After I checked the transmission fluid level myself and saw that it was real low, I had the transmission fluid drained/flushed and replaced. Luke's uses a like product to Honda fluid. This after a used auto inspection was just performed were All the staff Assumed that it could NOT be checked. Shows they are not as…
Great customer service; love the convenient, free loner car option; fair prices; convenient, user-friendly digital estimates/ approvals and receipts.
My brakes started making that noise that tells you it's time to get them checked. I waited until I could make arrangements to have Luke's take a look at them. I don't trust my brakes to anyone else. My car is driving great now! They do such a good job. Excellent customer service. Loaner cars and shuttle service.…
The brakes work great. The experience was awesome. Everyone is very friendly and very informative. Plus the loner car that Joel let me use for a week was very helpful. They are really a quality mechanic shop that will work with you to provide the best experience
Luke's team was very professional and easy to work with. I appreciated Brad's honesty and did not feel pressured in any way, which I appreciate.
A little pricy but fast efficient service. Pleasant, helpful staff including the mechanic that performed the repairs. I have been using Luke’s for repairs on multiple vehicles for 18 mos-2 years. Everything has been fixed properly during that time.
Had a great experience. Estimate was quick even though they seemed busy. Repairs completed on time and, much to my surprise, under-budget.
Excellent customer service. Good communication, including a detailed inspection, recommendations, and follow-up. Prices are fair and transparent. This is a business that inspires confidence!
I have used Luke's Auto for several years. I have always experienced excellent, friendly communication and top notch service. They don't make up issues like some places I've gone and they allow me to prioritize the issues and decide what I want to fix versus wait on. All this without pressure. Their Uber service is…
This is not the first time I have used Luke’s Auto Service. Every time I have work done there, they are professional, friendly, and very thorough about explaining what needs immediate attention, and will need attention in the future. I have recommended Luke’s to my son and other people as well. They do things the…
They do what they say, will prioritize what needs done right away and what can wait. Trustworthy and high quality work. The employees their are great to work with and very helpful.
One of the best Auto place experiences I’ve ever had. Treated me with respect and honesty. Results were great! Loved the email system where you get to see a detailed estimate, pictures of your vehicle, and what is good and what needs addressed!
Luke’s provides A+++++ service They go above beyond to make sure your car is serviced properly. Very thorough in explaining details of service needed. I highly recommend Luke’s Automotive Plus they give to charity
I appreciate the time Jason gives and how he listens. Was able to figure out and fix the issues at hand. Thank you!
I've been going to Luke's for years now and I'm very pleased. They are honest, quick (large staff), provide detailed information on a website and email that includes photos of the problems with your vehicle. And they seem to be unique in providing a free loaner car during your repair, when available. This saves so…
Luke’s was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. Very prompt and honest with communication regarding what my Honda needed done. Provided transportation for me to get to and from the shop, and did many repairs all within 24 hours. If you’re looking for high quality work done fast and at a reasonable cost, please go to Luke’s auto!
Was very happy with service, communication, and especially customer service. Will use again!
Always treated fairly and honestly. I like that they let me know what needs done now and what can wait..keeping my financial obligations in mind. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone who needs a mechanical expert to repair their vehicle
Luke has been the only garage in the Columbus area that I've been able to take any of my vehicles to and them come out with they're being no issues instead of more issues wrong I ended up taking my 2012 Honda Accord to Boyd's off of broad and refugee I believe and they ended up putting the wrong size tire hub kit…
It is really, really nice to have a trustworthy mechanic! I've been going to these guys for years. They are really friendly, helpful, and honest.
Honest and trustworthy..Quality repairs
Good job! 👍
I’ll be taking my car to Luke’s if other repairs are needed. They’re so efficient my car was only there overnight. I was kept informed during the inspection and repairs so there were no surprises. Huge bonus was the loaner car!
Love this place, they were so fast. I had about 1700 dollars worth of repairs and was expecting it to take 3-5 days in the shop (previous experience) but they were able to get it done by the next day. Also I was able to get an appt. with them within 7 days of calling them.
I had a really good experience with Luke's. My bill ended up being much higher than expected, but that's because they found a serious issue that made my vehicle unsafe to drive. Their repair process is completely transparent. They send pictures and descriptions of any issue they find to your phone before they call…
Luke’s is a great shop. They are communicative, thorough, and honest. Highly recommended.
Luke's Auto always delivers 5 star services to their customers. I know they will be honest and fair in their repairs, and it is reassuring to know that I can take my vehicle there any time and know I will receive a fair and accurate assessment.
Lovely professional staff. They walked me through the problems, how it was going to be fixed & a breakdown of the total. 10/10 experience and my car runs greats now!
Performed work in an accurate and timely manner as scheduled.. Free loaner was beneficial. Communications were timely and professional.
So very happy with the service! I was notified with up dates on what service was scheduled . Very professional knowledgeable. I have told multiple people about your company and how satisfied I am. I highly recommend Luke's Auto.
Great job! Friendly and knowledgeable
Cannot recommend any higher. Very friendly and good work, they find other things with your car that may be addressed but dont push you into them and rate them if they need to be addressed soon or just whenever you can do them. highly rated.
The throw out bearing in my BMW, a 1997 Z3, began making noise, and at my age, was not interested in doing my own repairs. I found Luke’s online, and made an appointment. My first experience with Luke’s was painless. They did a thorough expectation of my vehicle with recommended repairs. I had a complete clutch job,…
Made an appointment online, dropped off and turned around the vehicle the next day. They took pictures to show me the issue in detail and I felt extremely comfortable with performing the recommendations. Will be back!
I am very pleased with the service provided by Luke's Auto - prompt and very courteous! Stayed in touch through phone and email to keep me updated on how my car was doing. Josh and George, I really appreciate the great work you did on my 2007 high-mileage Cobalt. Thanks for taking the worries out of car repair.…
I found Luke's Auto via a quick Google search. They are clean and concise with their work. I knew I needed my brakes serviced and possibly replaced, but they addressed other issues I was not aware of which was helpful. I dropped the car off, within a few hours they emailed me a full inspection detail sheet and then…
