Very professional when they say the car is gonna be done on this day. It will be done on that day. Better best believe they will get it done on time. Very happy that i picked the right place to get my car fixed.I will be taking my car here for future repairs.
Very nice, clean environment.Friendly, polite people.n Very helpful! I went in for and oil change. In and out within an hour..
Unbelievable. From the time you walk in and speak to a specialist until the time you leave and speak to the technician it’s like going to a heath spa! You feel relaxed, well taken care of and appreciated. Leaving feeling invigorated and informed.Everyone is gracious, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve never had…
Super clean and the waiting area was very nice, free juice, soda, and a couple snacks. People were super friendly and it was much cheaper than mainstream places. (Jiffylube etc)
I went to Luke's for an oil change, with a coupon. I had been having a slow leak in one of my tires, but I figured it was the rim since the car is 12 years old. I did not mention it to them. When i checked out they said that they found a nail in one of my tires, took it out and repaired the tire. No charge!
I am a returning customer because of the consistent professional, thorough and efficient work from beginning (online appt) to service contact (check in and out) and finally the technician’s work.
Professional and courteous while providing excellent service. I highly recommend.
The service here is incredible. Each customer is assigned a knowledgeable customer service representative who explains everything that the mechanics did, everything that is going right with the vehicle everything to keep an eye on, and all maintenance that is going to need attention and at what mileage that…
Good friendly service right in the neighborhood.
They were able to take my coupon for my oil change AND install my cabin air filter, on time and on budget. Great service and quality work. I recommend Luke's whenever I can.
Update 8/21/26. As they've grown in size, they've grown away from being the small honest mechanic shop. I was very disappointed in my most recent visit - overcharged for parts (charged for 20ft of brake line that wasn't needed - they even put in my notes that the brake lines had been recently replaced), poor…
I was visiting from out of state and my car needed service. My kids recommend Luke’s Auto and I was very pleased with the work and customer care I received. They even sent an Uber for me when the work was finished and my car was ready to be picked up.
Really like the loaner car. Makes it easier to get around while my car is getting repaired.
I learned about Luke’s from a coupon in my mail. I made an appointment for an oil change since dealer prices are so expensive. I was extremely impressed with the speed of my appointment but most impressed by their customer service.
Friendly fast service
This was my first visit to Luke's and im beyond happy with the service I received. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be a return customer. If you want exceptional service be sure to schedule with Luke's. You will be happy you did.
I came home from a really long road trip out west and brought my van into Luke’s for an oil change. During the service, I requested that my battery be tested. Lo and behold, by the time my oil was changed and my tires were rotated - my battery was completely dead. Kristian and Olivia went above and beyond to ensure…
Lukes Auto is the place where you take your vehicle to be service. Their customer service is more than you expect.
I do not dread oil changes since I started taking my car to Luke's. They are so friendly, thorough & fast. They do not try to upsale anything that is not necessary. Pricing is never over-inflated & scheduling is fast & easy. Highly recommend!
Great service
I had my oil changed and they checked the condition of my tire, brakes, belts, and engine air filter. They gave me advice about when maintenance was recommended, and didn’t push selling anything. Snacks and drinks are in the lobby for customers. Service (scheduled ahead of time) was quick. The owner of the business…
Luke's Auto is the most courteous, professional, thorough, well-organized auto repair service I have ever used! Fair pricing & quality work. They never try and sell you something you don't need

Luke's auto has a great team. Very helpful and insightful regarding the needs of my car. I also appreciate them following up and checking in on how things are going because it communicates that the team is earnest about the work they do. They are good with both cars and people!!
Get great service and affordable. Will work with everyone on price
My experience with Luke's Auto was very good. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and welcoming, which made me want to bring my car to them. I initially called the Bethel Rd location, but after finding it was too far, I asked to be transferred to a closer location. The staff at the new location were…
People very friendly. Fit us in for service the same day. Fair pricing. Set up a free Uber ride for me to pick up the repaired vehicle. Best experience with an auto repair shop in my 46 years of driving!!!
Great service by a great auto repair business. When I moved to Columbus I needed a reputable shop. I searched online and Luke's is in the top 3. I have been there 5 times now and have found my repair shop in Columbus
Great service every time. The new lobby is very nice and welcoming. Ben is my go-to guy. He's great
The employees are upfront about the service costs and are very clear in their communication. I just had my car serviced and they let me use a free loaner, they keep you updated on your car, and make sure you know what upcoming services your car needs
Luke's always takes care of me! Fine work and friendly service.
Cost was efficient and customer service was great!
Fast service, people that care about helping you, and affordable prices. Women can feel secure coming here knowing they won’t talk you into unnecessary services, I plan on recommending to anyone who may need services.
Great service and honet work.
So many pros of this place - easy to schedule my appointment for routine maintenance, they told me the cost up front, didn't try to talk me into any services I wasn't there for, and nice waiting room to wait in. Reasonably priced!
I made business with these people and was such a great experience, repaired a lot of stuff and the price was very reasonable, I had a bad pressure sensor in one of my tires and I asked them to replace that one, but they replaced all four, probably they misunderstood, when I was paying I felt that the price was not…
I was referred to Luke’s on Sinclair and boy, what a great experience! Ben and the staff at Luke’s are so honest, friendly, and accommodating! I am officially saying good-bye to dealership visits and exclusively using Luke’s for all my automotive needs!! Highly recommend!!!
Always can count on Luke’s for quality repair and service. Sam was our appointment specialist- fast, accurate information and help troubleshooting potential issues. I like that they provide transportation after drop off and for return pickup. Thanks!

Great service with timely follow-ups. They also provided a complimentary uber to take me to and from work to pick up my car!
I needed to find an auto shop that serviced European vehicles and Luke's came highly recommended. I can confirm that all of the positive reviews are warranted. They do an outstanding inspection, complete with photos and a prioritized list of recommended services. Uber and/or loaner cars are available which made it…
Friendly, honest and thoughtful service advisors, and a shop that is focused on making the community better. Very happy with all the work they've done on my family's cars, and have always had a good experience.
I needed to leave town for a emergency event and needed an oil change. They where able to fit me in without an appointment. Great service, good people.
I was surprised at how smooth the whole process was! Was also surprised at how expensive the recommended updates/repairs were, but that's probably just the way car maintenance goes.
I’ve trusted Luke’s for the past five years. They are the only auto shop that I will use to service my vehicle. They are both reliable and professional! I have never been disappointed in their work.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10 – Luke’s Auto is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the hospitality, honesty, and genuine care. Sandra Hamm and the entire Luke’s Auto team you made me feel like family. Sandra told me, “It’s the Luke’s way,” and I…
Nice lobby, friendly people. Good on price and in timing on the oil change.
They were punctual, polite and respectful. Nice free snack and beverages in the waiting area. I even got a free tip on some body work. No problems at all. 😊.
Very friendly and they will offer to set up a ride to wherever it is that you need to go while your car is being worked on.

Took my 2004 Toyota Sennia in to repair rear door latch. Check locking system and rear break light. Found out brakes were going bad (which I suspected was going on). Had breaks repaired & door latch. Been going here for years and they're always very honest, trustworthy, and extremely helpful!
I have been using Luke’s for all my car service for several years. I have always been pleased with the work completed. The staff have always been professional and answer any questions before the work is completed. Over the years, I have referred 4 of my lady friends and they also only have positive reviews for Luke’s.
My wife and I only use Luke's for any of our car issues. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are quick to update me while they work and very polite and personable on the phone and in person. Update 5 years later. Still exclusively using Luke's for our cars. Still getting great professional service. Love…

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, got an oil change and they did a thorough inspection.
If you are looking for honest and quality car service, look no further than Luke’s Auto. Took excellent care of my 2013 Honda Civic. Customer service team is excellent.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Serviced car on time and did great inspection.
It was my first time going to a shop other than the dealership I got my car from, so I was nervous, but walked out extremely impressed and as a new permanent customer. Very reasonable pricing. Left with lots of good information. Love that they give you a loaner car when it's extended service. We'll be back for some…
Always happy with excellent customer service and automobile care.
Luke's is a great shop with fast/quality service at a reasonable cost. Their customer service and communications are excellent!
Luke and his team took great care of me and my car. I went in because my brakes were making a weird noise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and very helpful advisors who were able to get all my information. They also had a loaner car available for me to use, which was so convenient! They did a great…
Met with happy greeting. The job was done quickly. Everyone was professional and kind.
As always a great experience.
Was recommended lukes by a friend after an awful experience at the dealership. They are professional and critical with there work. Been here 2 times for a waiting oil change, 20 mins tops and I'm on my way. Highly recommended 👌
My first experience at Luke's and it was outstanding. Friendly people who are very customer oriented.
I had my car towed to Luke’s because it wouldn’t start. I thought it was the battery but upon further diagnosing, the engine was flooded with gas and it needed new spark plugs and coils. And an oil change. There were a few other, less urgent issues as well. I was able to choose the most urgent concerns alongside my…
Extremely pleased and impressed by the service at Luke's. They combine the high touch customer service of a big dealership with the earnestness and affordability of a smaller shop. Best of both worlds! Special shout out to Mark who was kind, courteous, and caring. Definitely switching all my auto maintenance needs to Luke's!!!
Luke's Auto did a great job of fixing my car. I will definitely go back for future service.
Fast friendly on time service. Was quick to communicate information.
Having a shop like Luke's Auto is like having Marcus Welby, MD as your family doctor. [Edit 8/8/2023] Still the best! Wouldn't go anywhere else on a bet!
I appreciate the high quality and honest service that Luke's provides at a reasonable and fair price. As many others with a busy schedule, the peace of mind that they provide is unmatched. I am a customer for life!
Luke’s team walks the talk! A model for CRM…,keep up the good work!
Luke's business honesty in determining their oversight and making the additional repairs at their expense means there is confidence repairs will be done right.
Great place to take your car. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Very friendly and knowledgeable service.
Luke’s has always taken great care of me and my vehicles. I don’t go anywhere else for car trouble or even just an oil change because I fully trust that Luke’s will do the job right.
I've been a customer for a few years and needed to update this review and re-bump the 5 star. There were some office challenges that Aaron and folks were working through today, which resulted in delays on my service charges when I arrived. To save my time they told me to take my car and pay them later when it was…
They fix my car.
Very Hospitable environment. Service was excellent. Uniformity and training was evident in what was presented to the customer.
Great people, great service, super competent, honest, great experience
Everything went great! What a difference it made having a good tire on my car. Steers really well. I'm so grateful that I brought my car to Luke's! From the checkin with Mark, having Scott explain the recommendations, and ultimately picking the car up and processing out with the gal up front (sorry, I didn't get her…
Excellent as always
I am so grateful to have a Luke's!!! I really trust these folks and when I take it in for maintenance, they don't come back with additional items that "supposedly" needs fixed. You guys are awesome!
First time to Luke's Auto and was surprised by size of the organization. Six people were ready to assist with your needs. I was quickly entered into their system. I had made an appointment and was waiting on my auto--just oil change and filter. After a casual conversation with my customer service person he…
Excellent service.
Service is great! Employees are kind. Pricing seems reasonable. I will continue to use Luke's Auto for all car repairs.
100% recommend and trust! They are completely transparent and EFFECIENT. I was sent text messages and emails on what they inspected with my vehicle and the services provided. I was also provided an uber to and from their location. They were kind and had great communication. Never been so taken care of by an auto shop before. Thank you everyone!
I appreciate the kindness and assurance of your employees when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Thank you much.
great intake by Nicholas. Good communication, though the texts were a little confusing, but calls cleared that up.
The people were very nice. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.
Just fine. Always very friendly & prompt. Also noticed how patient they were w/a customer who had m any questions & was present at counter for at least 15-20 min.

Great work and customer service.
I had such a great experience with Luke's Auto! I originally chose to use them for my oil change b/c I saw how great they treated my brother when he had to get an engine replaced on a car he had recently purchased. They were friendly, efficient and the space is very clean! I will definitely be using them again in the near future!
Great place! Everyone was friendly & I was able to enjoy good coffee & work while I waited.
A little pricey, but great people! I told them we didn’t have a car to go home with while they were working on mine, and they paid for an Uber to my house and back to the shop! Shout out to Aaron who helped us with this process!
After I checked the transmission fluid level myself and saw that it was real low, I had the transmission fluid drained/flushed and replaced. Luke's uses a like product to Honda fluid. This after a used auto inspection was just performed were All the staff Assumed that it could NOT be checked. Shows they are not as…
So thankful I found Luke’s! We moved recently and needed a new mechanic but wow I wish we would have found them years ago. Our tires in the van have always lost air so quickly and we’ve taken it to 2 separate places that told us it was fine. Luke’s diagnosed it quickly and fixed it same day. The reports they send…
Got my oil change done here. It was super quick and efficient. They have the best customer service from all auto shops I experienced. Also got advice what to plan to replace next with some different price points. Very helpful and keeps me ahead what to plan for to keep my car in near shape.
Friendly service. Cost for my repair was much less than I was expecting. I never feel like I'm being sold service I don't need.
Luke's auto continues to be a professional auto shop! Their rates are fair and the are honest and direct.
Honest Staff, and they do Great work.
I had a good experience with getting an oil change and filter replacement and a check on all the fluids, tire wear, etc. The staff was very courteous and the waiting area was comfortable and adequate, although a little noisy as they were quite busy.
Great place! I recommend them!
High quality work, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing - plus, they help high-risk kids in the Columbus area.
Took my 2000 Land Cruiser in for check up. Joel was super responsive and transparent every step of the way.
Great!
This was my second time going to Luke’s auto . I’ve had various different services performed on my car and have never had any issues with their work . Luke’s is pretty far from me but their level of professionalism and customer service is unmatched so I will NEVER go anywhere else . Highly recommend .
Luke's team was very professional and easy to work with. I appreciated Brad's honesty and did not feel pressured in any way, which I appreciate.
Very professional. They did a full inspection, but were not pushy about getting the other needed service. Great communicators and quick service.
Luke's is a very well run establishment! Friendly staff, great communication, terrific service at very reasonable costs. The complementary Uber was a welcome surprise! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
Very professional company, they do a great job communicating the repairs that are needed and don't pressure you into getting work done that you don't want. Luke's auto is the most trustworthy mechanic in Columbus.
I went in for a seasonal maintenance package and it was done in a timely manner! Loved the value and friendliness of all the workers.
They are timely, communicative, friendly, reasonably priced, and ensure repairs are 100% complete (you don't have to worry that in a month you'll be back for a related issue).
Had a lot of work done to my 2012 sti they did an excellent job with everything. They even painted my new calipers I definitely appreciated that. Was able to get a 1 on 1 with the person who worked on my car. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service, they will be very transparent about…
Had a great experience. Estimate was quick even though they seemed busy. Repairs completed on time and, much to my surprise, under-budget.
Excellent customer service. Good communication, including a detailed inspection, recommendations, and follow-up. Prices are fair and transparent. This is a business that inspires confidence!
Luke’s Auto was fantastic! They were able to fit me in same day when my window stopped going up suddenly. They fixed it, were able to do a tire rotation and oil change for me, and the price was great. Customer service was stellar too! Absolutely my go-to place from now on!
I have used Luke's Auto for several years. I have always experienced excellent, friendly communication and top notch service. They don't make up issues like some places I've gone and they allow me to prioritize the issues and decide what I want to fix versus wait on. All this without pressure. Their Uber service is…

Went in for a routine checkup using their mail flyer and got a great deal for under $100. They finished my car within a halfday. No…

One of the best Auto place experiences I’ve ever had. Treated me with respect and honesty. Results were great! Loved the email system where you get to see a detailed estimate, pictures of your vehicle, and what is good and what needs addressed!
Luke's is a family affair for us. We have taken our vehicles to Luke's time and time again. Each time we have had great service and leave confident we have been charged fairly. I would recommend their services to everyone!
Luke’s is my only trusted repair shop. I had engine problems that the dealer couldn’t/wouldn’t address. It took two visits to Luke’s because the problem was intermittent, but my car is running well now. This last visit was a tire problem, and it is fixed without a new tire. They are a blessing
Dennis was great!! He kept me informed of what needed repaired, was very knowledgeable (and honest), and was accurate with the running cost. :) The work that was done is fantastic!! My clutch is smooth as butter, my car drives straight now with no steering wheel shimmy, and the new tires have made my car SO much…
Luke’s provides A+++++ service They go above beyond to make sure your car is serviced properly. Very thorough in explaining details of service needed. I highly recommend Luke’s Automotive Plus they give to charity
Excellent. No complaints. Worth every penny. No BS; tell you what you need & how much it will cost. Loaner cars are a big bonus. Most thorough inspection process I've seen. You cannot go wrong with these folks.
Happy with the work done, helpful staff, we payed less than what we were originally quoted. Would definitely return!
Went really well. I appreciated the service and the detailed explanation of everything done to the truck and the things the technician recommend could be done in the future. Really pleased.
Luke’s was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. Very prompt and honest with communication regarding what my Honda needed done. Provided transportation for me to get to and from the shop, and did many repairs all within 24 hours. If you’re looking for high quality work done fast and at a reasonable cost, please go to Luke’s auto!
So I've spent about 10,000 with them on my car for various reasons. And 3 other cars prior. This being the 4th car just keeps having problem after problem. That being said I like to think we know each other fairly well at this point. Well while out of town in their loaner car my gf mom called and said some b/s about…
Swift online scheduling means I don’t have to remember to call them for an appointment. Everyone is courteous and professional. They share a service report on line which includes photos of your car, and photos of your problem areas, with notes pointing at issue, it’s so helpful for understandings their…

I have not had any issues with the quality of their work. They go above and beyond what is expected with their custom service.
They do great work.
Great customer service & very friendly. Honest and helpful ! Will continue to take our cars here.
Everything went well with my 2007 BMW X3. Everyone was courteous and kept me informed... I was very satisfied with the service provided as well as a follow-up .... 👍👍
Quick, thorough, and honest work. They even admitted that I might find a better deal elsewhere on one specific fix. The loaner car was very convenient and it was available with only 5 days advanced notice. Great place.
Always treated fairly and honestly. I like that they let me know what needs done now and what can wait..keeping my financial obligations in mind. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone who needs a mechanical expert to repair their vehicle
Luke's auto is always friendly, always quick, informative and fair! Whenever I need work done on my older vehicle they send pictures and plain English descriptions of what needs to be fixed and how much a priority it is. They also offer free shuttle service and loaner vehicles. This is the best shop ever to work on my car. You can't ask for anymore!
Incredible staff and customer service Had my vehicle reinspected here after an accident that wound up with my car at the impound throughout winter for several months. They were very honest transparent about the costs necessary to get it back on the road with a clean bill of health and agreed it would be best for me…
Luke has been the only garage in the Columbus area that I've been able to take any of my vehicles to and them come out with they're being no issues instead of more issues wrong I ended up taking my 2012 Honda Accord to Boyd's off of broad and refugee I believe and they ended up putting the wrong size tire hub kit…
It is really, really nice to have a trustworthy mechanic! I've been going to these guys for years. They are really friendly, helpful, and honest.
Everyone is awesome who works there. Honest and trust worthy work done.
Made several visits to service my car at Luke's Auto and have received excellent service each time. Luke's Auto is my "go to". The entire team is highly professional. My service advisor Adam is a true professional, he explains in depth each service done, affords me all the time I need to ask questions, and makes…
Got me in quickly, did the oil change. Their shuttle service is very convenient. I've been coming here for a number of years and Luke’s is the best!
I took a very old car in to see if it was worth fixing. They did a full inspection and gave me a " treatment plan" the cost to fix was more than was paid for the car. They treated me like family and did not push repairs. At the time I chose to NOT repair and look for another means of transportation. Due to the…
Honest and trustworthy..Quality repairs
Great work, sent photos and gave many updates as statuses changed. Mike was the mechanic and I am grateful for his work and knowledge of my vehicle.
Good job! 👍
We just moved to the area and my car’s check engine light came on. I had also been having some issues with my heat/air system for a couple of months. I found Luke’s Auto online and after checking out their ratings and reviews, I felt comfortable enough to take my car in. I was surprised by how soon they were able to…
Luke’s has always done a wonderful job of getting me in quickly, doing an excellent job fixing only what needs fixing, and doing it at a reasonable price. Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous! I highly recommend using them.
Luke's consistently provbides solid service, but we really appreciate the time they take to explain what issues there are and alternatives to fixes we can consider. Really professional but also patient. And the price is good, usually the same or a little better than competion, but you also get what you pay for and…
Everyone here is SO nice and will get back to in a timely manner. They always explain what the problem is and the best course of action. As someone who knows nothing about cars I am confident every time I leave my car in their hands that it will get fixed.
I was referred to Luke’s by a good friend. Luke’s impressed me for being there the first time and they were honest with me. Not only do they have great customer service, but they are helping young teenagers learn new skills as part of their trade center. All in all, I think this trustworthy automotive shop will get my business.
Love this place, they were so fast. I had about 1700 dollars worth of repairs and was expecting it to take 3-5 days in the shop (previous experience) but they were able to get it done by the next day. Also I was able to get an appt. with them within 7 days of calling them.
great work and great workers at Luke's
I'm so glad that I discovered Luke's Auto. Everyone is courteous and best of all, they listen!
I had a really good experience with Luke's. My bill ended up being much higher than expected, but that's because they found a serious issue that made my vehicle unsafe to drive. Their repair process is completely transparent. They send pictures and descriptions of any issue they find to your phone before they call…
I have gone to Luke’s for several years and I would never go anywhere else. They are the most honest and friendly place I have ever been. They have a loaner car service that is very convenient. They will get you an Uber home when you drop your car off if you don’t get a loaner. It’s just such a great place to…
Luke’s is always first class. They are timely, they are great communicators and keep you in the loop and work WITH you to solve problems and make sure your vehicle is running at its best. Most importantly they are honest and operate with integrity. They do not overcharge you or sell you on work that your vehicle…
Lovely professional staff. They walked me through the problems, how it was going to be fixed & a breakdown of the total. 10/10 experience and my car runs greats now!
From the time I drop off my car until I pick it up Luke’s keeps me informed on what’s going on. They send you a video of your cars problem. I highly recommend Luke’s!
Quick and easy
So very happy with the service! I was notified with up dates on what service was scheduled . Very professional knowledgeable. I have told multiple people about your company and how satisfied I am. I highly recommend Luke's Auto.
Great job! Friendly and knowledgeable
I will absolutely use Luke's for all of my future vehicle maintenance and repairs.. I brought my car in for a used-car inspection. Not only was the service I received on my car thorough and complete, but the customer service and communication was next level. Finally, the value and cost for the services I received…
Thorough and reasonable
Cannot recommend any higher. Very friendly and good work, they find other things with your car that may be addressed but dont push you into them and rate them if they need to be addressed soon or just whenever you can do them. highly rated.
Great service. Adam was patient with me in figuring out how best to repair my car, no pressure to get other things done and clearly stated which repairs would be necessary and which ones could wait. I thought I had pushed the button for a loaner car, but I didn’t and they were able to call me an uber to get me back…
The throw out bearing in my BMW, a 1997 Z3, began making noise, and at my age, was not interested in doing my own repairs. I found Luke’s online, and made an appointment. My first experience with Luke’s was painless. They did a thorough expectation of my vehicle with recommended repairs. I had a complete clutch job,…
Everything was fine but I do wish when you make an appointment that the confirmation email you get also includes the time of your appointment not just the date. Would make things much clearer and easier to reassure people
Made an appointment online, dropped off and turned around the vehicle the next day. They took pictures to show me the issue in detail and I felt extremely comfortable with performing the recommendations. Will be back!
I am very pleased with the service provided by Luke's Auto - prompt and very courteous! Stayed in touch through phone and email to keep me updated on how my car was doing. Josh and George, I really appreciate the great work you did on my 2007 high-mileage Cobalt. Thanks for taking the worries out of car repair.…
I’ve used Luke’s since they began. I completely trust them to do the right thing at a competitive price. I love the fact that they have loaner cars. If you can find a better shop……………that’s right, you won’t.
The guys over at Luke’s Auto are great. I had my 2013 F150 in for a check engine light . Turns out it was an O2 sensor. I decided to have the oil and spark plugs changed as well. During the whole process they kept me updated and even had me out by the end of the day. This kind of service is hard to find anymore and…
I have trust issues with garages. When I find one I trust, I stick with it. Luke's auto is by far the best. They send you reports with photos of what the issues are so you have proof of what they are seeing. The guys at the front desk have great customer service skills and talk to you kindly and honestly. Most shops…
Went for a routine oil change after not visiting the shop for quite some time. The employees were friendly, the service fast, and very professionally done. Josh helped ring me out and explained the charges well and clearly. Have already recommended them to family
Luke’s Auto has been the mechanic of choice for me and my family for a couple years now. They have great systems in place that allow you to get your car repaired as efficiently as possible. I love that they are involved in the community and working through a trade school to provide education and career for people…
Lukes auto went above and beyond. The guys were so incredibly knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were incredibly reasonably priced and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The honesty and integrity of each employee was very evident as well. I will be using them for…
Josh was super helpful helping me to find my car and figuring out who to talk to inside! Josh was super insightful and made my experience super calming and nice given the circumstances. Aaron was also really awesome. He was friendly and super informative about my car, it’s issues and billing. They both made this and…
Josh and the team have taken great care of me and my Mustang. All the work I've had done has been explained to me in great detail and time was taken to do the job right. Thanks Josh and everyone and Luke's Auto!!
