It was so easy to make appointment and I got in right away. Luke’s auto people are so nice and friendly and they have all my car information on their computers. I highly recommend their services. And they checked in with me several days later to make sure everything was okay.

I am a returning customer because of the consistent professional, thorough and efficient work from beginning (online appt) to service contact (check in and out) and finally the technician’s work.
I was having issues with Subaru when accelerating from low speeds. Wanted to get it in before a real problem started. They Diagnosed a dirty Throttle Body and suggested cleaning it out and replacing some seals. My Subaru drives like it did 6 years ago. A ton more pep and the accelerator is much more responsive.
So far, I've had Luke's work on my Lexus and Edge. Lexus runs super smooth. When wife's car is good, life is good! My Edge has a new steering rack, struts, TPS sensors....Runs and drives like new. It's my work car, and I drive to Cincinnati and KY frequently, so it has to be solid. Will always go there from now on! ++For the loaner car program++

I’ve been to about 3-4 shops in Columbus and so far Luke’s has been the most fair. They help work with you and give you priorities instead of gas lighting you into trying to fix everything at once. Samuel’s been my advisor and he’s solid and answers asap whenever I have a question and is very knowledgeable.

I had such a great experience with Luke's Auto! I originally chose to use them for my oil change b/c I saw how great they treated my brother when he had to get an engine replaced on a car he had recently purchased. They were friendly, efficient and the space is very clean! I will definitely be using them again in the near future!
