Whenever I need work done on my older vehicle they send pictures and plain English descriptions of what needs to be fixed and how much a priority it is. Everyone here is SO nice and will get back to in a timely manner. They always explain what the problem is and the best course of action. As someone who knows nothing about cars I am confident every time I leave my car in their hands that it will get fixed.
