Never have I given a one star to any place. There were two of us that went for premium head spa. One of the technicians (don’t know their names they didn’t really introduce themselves properly) did all the talking the other just acted angry the entire time and mad. Scowled the entire time never really explained…

Not only was I ready for some relaxation, but I knew my hair needed a good reset. Well, let me tell you… my hair feels AMAZING! 🤩 The entire experience with Elizabeth was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. I was able to truly relax and enjoy some much-needed self-care, and I’m so glad I treated myself! I also took advantage of their waxing services with Stephanie, and she hooked my eyebrows UP! 🙌🏽 Seriously, the best eyebrow cleanup I’ve had in a long time! I highly recommend Lunaria Head Spa! I can’t wait for the rest of my family to experience it, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! 💕

Review from Google · view on GoogleThe actual service was fantastic. It was incredibly relaxing, with wonderful products that smelled great, and the technician was excellent. BUT I called them on the phone to ask questions and they seemed really nice and everything was fine and they told me how much the service was going to be, with a 15% discount. It was a totally reasonable price. BUT When my service was finished and I went to pay, they quoted me a price that was $55 more than the price I was quoted on the phone. She did listen to me and lower it somewhat, but it was still more than what I had been quoted. It was so unfortunate. I couldn’t tell whether it was some kind of a scam, or whether they had just gotten wires crossed… But it didn’t make any sense that they wouldn’t be quoting the right price over the phone. I’m so sad because I was totally planning on going back there on a monthly basis, because the service was so wonderful.
