She was incredibly attentive and meticulous, she really listened to what I wanted and didn't rush the process. My daughter went in to have her hair colored. She explained exactly what she wanted and had SEVERAL examples of what she wanted. It is NOTHING like what she asked for, not even close. It was one color and they charge $168!! Then they wanted to charge her $200 to fix it!! Will never go here again!
