100% recommend this salon. Very comfortable clean salon. Everyone is very friendly. Sophie did my hair and she is fantastic. She was incredibly attentive and meticulous, she really listened to what I wanted and didn't rush the process. I went from medium length blonde hair that I stuffed in a pony tail everyday to something I really love. Thank you!

My stylist was not very effective at explaining the hair treatment options in a way that helped me decide which I wanted. She also did not talk me through the hair style I wanted, my styling routine, or show me how to style my new cut. Overall she was just bad at communicating with me. I left unhappy with the cut and style. I won't be returning.
