Great experience! I recommend 10/10 The staff was so sweet to my fur baby :)
Overall experience was nice. Check in and check out process was fast and straightforward.
This was my first experience at this location. I had an appointment with Brittany , she was great with my dog Lola . *******Edit I booked with Sara 10//2/26 she was unprofessional. I asked her to fix an issue with my dogs hair cut and she told me my dog was overwhelmed and she couldn’t do it . I still asked her to…
very friendly and professional service!
Keda did a great job on my dog, I am very pleased with her attention to detail! She delivered exactly what I asked for!
Followed grooming instructions and my dog look great.
Very friendly staff. My Chocolate Lab is super clean and happy. Great service :)
All the groomers are so kind. You can tell right they really enjoy working with the various fuzzy pets!
Best quality and value Ive had from a groomer. My mini australian shepherd came back looking fluffy, clean, perfect haircut, smelling great. It was my first time and I’ll definitely come back.
We’ve been going to the franchise for years across this location and one other, and they always do an amazing job!
I usually take my shih tzu to the Lush Spaw on Winchester but decided to try the new location in Santa Clara. They did a great job so I booked a second visit for next month!
Friendly staff, good prices, and they got my dog in and out quick. Plus, he looked great after!
Great experience! Just moved from out of state and happy to have found this place so quickly. My Yorkie looks perfect!
Excellent service, Gustavo in Santa Clara is amazing recommend 100%
Gustavo at the Santa Clara shop was great with our dog. He was very calming and she looks so good, super neat appearance. Thank you!
Professional and prompt service. Very caring and thorough. Stephanie was a bit reluctant to do a half inch long trim for my 10yo border collie which I appreciated because of her genuine TLC and concern for possible alopecia, but I still had to consent for the summer cut cause of the upcoming summer heat. Definitely recommendable to friends and family.
We have a 15 lb mutt who is reactive and needs extra love and care. Lush Spaw staff is great at accommodating our dog's special needs. Highly recommend Lush Spaw for your furry babies :)
The groomer, Lexi, was very gentle with my high-needs dog. I’ve already made her next appointment in the hopes that my dog will be less anxious as she gets to know Lexi and the environment better. Thank you for your patience!
I can’t say enough great things about Stephanie at Lush Spaw! She consistently goes above and beyond, taking such great care and attention with every visit. You can truly tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the amazing results every time. The entire team at Lush Spaw is just as impressive—always welcoming,…
Took my two dogs (cavachon and mini Aussie) there for the first time and they were absolutely great. Both dogs came out looking fabulous and both groomers were great with my dogs……one very anxious and one goofy whiner :).
Staff is super friendly and professional. I've taken my dog there four times already, and the experience has been consistently great. Also the accessories my dog goes home with every time are adorable.
Roo’s first time at Lush Spaw and all went well. We will be bringing her here everytime 😊
I typically go to Stefanie for my dogs grooming and she does an excellent job every time. Particularly today, I had a last minute accommodation where I had to catch a flight right after my dogs appointment and she made sure to get him in and out quickly in order for me to make my flight, and he still looked amazing!
Been going here for years. Tai does such a good job with my dog. Although not every groomer is good, I’d def recommend trying out Tai - she’s awesome
We take our doodle mostly to the Winchester location since we live across the street, but we’ve gone to the other ones too. We prefer Gustavo but we’ve also been happy with results from other groomers. It’s easy to book an appointment. Our dog always comes back super soft and smelling great.
I really loved this place’s, my girls looks so cute after them Spaw time. The staff are amazing, customer services it’s excellent 👌
Great shop, came here because was close but now coming back to a lush wherever I am. My pup smells amazing fresh, and brushed out so well, and he seems like he comes out having a good time. The store Is clean, looks organized. The staff greets my beagle like their own Highly recommend,

Lush Spaw is absolutely wonderful. Thai, Cora’s groomer, does a magnificent job every single time. Thai is also consistently on time and very…
Lucky to have found Stephanie at Lush Spaw! She’s patient and kind with Bertie, who is not a super easy dog to groom. The team at Lush Spaw is wonderful to work with. We’re big fans!
