LuxStone Tile Installation did five rooms for us over the winter and the standard didn't drop on the last one. same crew each time, same neat cuts around the door frames and the radiator pipes. i've seen tilers get sloppy once the money is agreed and that didn't happen here. the small bathroom was the tricky one and it came out the best of the lot.

Our kitchen backsplash sat unfinished for months because the first person i hired stopped answering. these people took over one wall that was half done and finished it so you cannot see the seam between the old and the new. quick, clean, and they didn't charge me extra for somebody else's mess.

We are getting water sitting in the corner of the shower floor after every use and no amount of squeegeeing moved it. LuxStone Tile Installation worked out that the pan had been built without fall toward the drain, so the tile on top was never going to fix itself. They took it back to the pan, rebuilt it, and retiled. It is the sort of repair where you don't see the work afterwards, you just stop having the problem. The water goes where it should now and the corner dries on its own. I'd have settled for a patch and they told me straight that a patch wouldn't hold, and that saved me paying twice for the same corner. The floor outside the shower has dry since as well, and that was never true before.

Started with a quote request through their site and got a call back the next morning. The estimator walked through what we wanted for the shower surround and gave straight answers about what would and wouldn't work with the tile we had picked. Install took three days including the niche. The two guys doing the work in Evanston were easy to have around, kept the area taped off so dust didn't spread. Finished shower has clean lines and the grout color matches what we agreed on.

small marble hex in the powder room floor and it came out beautiful. cuts around the toilet flange and the vanity legs are clean. grout color works with the tile. two day job and done right
