I have been using their services since I moved into my home in 2019. This is a family business and Tom and his wife really care about their customers. They are excellent! I always recommend them to friends and neighbors.
We have been dealing with issues of ants on our back patio and huge ant hills we haven’t been able to get on top of. They stayed out of the house until recently then we notice a couple in the house started killing them, 2 days later I killed 50+ ants and they kept coming. So I looked around at websites and reviews…
On time stayed n touch when we had a small problem. Explained what they were doing and followed up when the problem was not completely eliminated
LydyBug was professional and personable. I felt like I was getting a high quality service that you expect from a large corporation, but I was still able to have the personal touch that you get from a small business. They respond to calls, emails, and text messages rapidly and most importantly GET THE JOB DONE.
Very knowledgable and helpful!! Small business, family owned, local. I had a great experience with them for their first visit and look forward to having them for our regular visits. They are very responsive, I got a call back the next day. And Thomas really takes the time to explain everything and answer questions.…
First let me tell you what I liked about LydyBug, Thomas was on time, pleasant and the best part he asked what I wanted to accomplish and then didn't upsell me on anything, he just went about his business and then provided a detailed report when he was done. Great value, great guy. Give them a call.
I wanted to go with a local company instead of a franchise and so glad i found this company. Thomas was nothing but professional and super responsive! I had roaches due to a tenant and he came with a great attitude and gave me relief about the problem. Thank you Thomas!!
Thomas of Lydybug was very helpful and scheduled the initial service immediately. When the service representative came he explained the pesticides they use and what to expect since I was concerned that it was safe for my dogs. The next day I found 3 dead roaches and many dead ants and haven’t seen any insects…
Lydybug did exactly what they promised.
I highly recommend LydyBug Pest Control. I had those little tiny ants all over my entire house and then I noticed palmetto bugs and black baby roaches. It was disgusting! I called LydyBug and made an appointment. Out of the couple of companies I called, they had the best options. My technician was Michael, he…
About four years ago I came across LYDY Bug Pest on the internet, when I was searching for a solution to the German cockroaches we found in our kitchen. I contacted Thomas and he fit me in his schedule right away. He was on time and professional and truly a delightful person to deal with. He treated our home the one…
If you need a pest control service in Central Florida please choose LydyBug. I moved here from Boston to find my home was infested with cockroaches, ants, spiders and snakes! Yes I said Snakes! Inside and out. I was terrified. But my toddlers were even more scared after watching mom kill a snake in the kitchen!…
