I had a blown tire with no spare literally in the middle of nowhere, no reception, and stuck for over 4 hours. Thanks to these guys I made it home and had an enjoyable ride talking with them. Thanks again, you guys are great people and though I had a not so good night you made it better.
Cost $131 to tow 9 miles in town. Asked to schedule a tow for my car to be taken to my mechanic at noon on a Sunday. They asked if they could come by later in the day to pick it up. Toxic, unprofessional, misogynistic and threatening. Women be wary. I have no ties to this company, nor was I the person they were looking for. I've filed a police report. I can tell the company doesn't take criminality and harassment seriously by the response given. The supposed "owner" showed up at my home extremely aggressive and demanding to know who is in my home. When I asked follow up questions to understand better he called me a liar and started raising his voice at me through the ring cam. I had to go out side and demand that he leave my property and physically move him away from my porch when he wouldn't leave and he thought it was appropriate to call me names and insult me. I was not the person they were looking for and I intend to follow up with the police on the matter, his behavior matches the legal qualifications of menacing and borderline coersion. I have never encountered such a unprofessional "company" in my entire life. Watch out for them, especially if you are a woman home alone. He was very unstable. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE AND REITERATE THAT I WAS NEVER THE PERSON THE GUY WAS LOOKING FOR AND I DONT KNOW WHO HE WAS LOOKING FOR EITHER. HAVING AN UNSTABLE MAN SHOW UP AT MY HOME CALLING ME NAMES AND REFUSING TO LEAVE IS ILLEGAL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER OKAY. I can tell by the owners response that they DO NOT take these situations seriously. I filed a police report either way. I don't accept strange men showing up at my home acting unstable and looking for someone I've never met. NOT OKAY. PERIOD.

Our company performs lawful recovery and repossession services on behalf of financial institutions and other clients. As part of that work, our personnel may visit an address provided in connection with an active assignment and ask reasonable questions in an effort to locate the appropriate person or property. In this instance, our representative was attempting to obtain information related to an assignment. There was never any intention to threaten, intimidate, harass, or make anyone feel unsafe. We strongly dispute the allegations that an employee acted in a threatening, misogynistic, or unstable manner. We understand that an unexpected visit involving a repossession matter can be uncomfortable or frustrating. However, there are two sides to every interaction, and we believe it is important that our company be represented accurately and fairly.

I call Monday morning 7am, they said they can send someone out shortly. 90 minutes later I call because Im still waiting, they said the tow truck is dropping off now & will come shortly. Another hour passes, and finally get it towed, making my car late to my mechanic & myself late to work waiting for the tow truck.

My car got stuck in a ditch with water running below it, the ditch was about 10 feet deep and a hard worker who introduced himself named cam came out in the scorching hot just to deal with a problem that I caused. Did the work in less that 20 minutes and didn’t damage the car or anything surrounding it. Supper great price on the whole operation which you can’t find anywhere else. If anyone were to ask me where to call to get a tow for cheap and quickly, I’d say call M.A.D. From my experience with cam, I’d imagine everyone else who is appart of the business to be just as kind and efficient in their work.
My friends car went into a ditch and the entire wheel was bent inward, crumpled like a piece of paper. I called M.A.D. in hopes to get a tow that wouldn't take 7 hours of my time and a young man came out and definitely delivered. All the way out in Ashland they came out immediately as I called and it they arrived only 25 minutes after i had called. The entire process of getting the car up on the truck only took about 15 minutes, compared to other tow companies would've taken an hour and some small talk. Great deal, Great prices, all around great service. Even with an extremely low car, he was able to get it out of the ditch properly without damaging any other components. Supper efficient.
