I had a blown tire with no spare literally in the middle of nowhere, no reception, and stuck for over 4 hours. Thanks to these guys I made it home and had an enjoyable ride talking with them. Thanks again, you guys are great people and though I had a not so good night you made it better.

Incredible experience with this business! They were kind and extremely helpful and supportive after we totaled our car. They towed us over 2 hours to reach our hotel as well. I would recommend this business to anyone in need!

I needed a tow from Crater Lake to Medford, and this was the only company that was willing to take the job. Friendly and professional people. Efficient service and saved us on the 4th of July!

My car got stuck in a ditch with water running below it, the ditch was about 10 feet deep and a hard worker who introduced himself named cam came out in the scorching hot just to deal with a problem that I caused. Did the work in less that 20 minutes and didn’t damage the car or anything surrounding it. Supper great…

They will up charge for fake services and fees and demand cash with no receipt. They may be kind outside of the workplace but during work they are sharks. I pray they aren’t mistreated the way they mistreat those during a time of crisis.

When my car unexpectedly broke down on a West Coast trip with my young family, I felt helpless and frustrated. It was July and the temp was 112. I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the rental car company and my phone was on a low battery. I was able to do a quick google search and soon MAD Towing and Recovery…
