Can't thank M&S enough. My daughter (in college) had an issue where her battery was draining because the interior lights were staying on. I needed a quick fix and called to see if they could help her quickly. She got the car there in 15 minutes and they solved our problem in another 15 minutes for no charge! Wagih and team are amazing! No matter the issue and no matter the turn around, they are able to help. Their prices are honest and they are incredibly easy to work with. They’ve fixed tire alignment issues that another shop caused, diagnosed mystery noises and much more. Highly highly recommend.
I have been coming here for 3 years and I won’t go anywhere else in Richmond. The employees are kind, the prices are good, and as a woman, I love that they are respectful towards me and I don’t feel like i’m being talked down to or anything which I’ve experienced at other places. Amazing service. Diagnosed my car’s (2010 CRV) problem after a quick drive around the block and visual inspection (he even let me look while my car was up on the lift!). Fixed it the same day for a reasonable price. Very polite and sweet guy!

I took my 2006 4Runner to M&S this morning for a rust treatment. My car has some minor rust, however M&S was able to treat it before it got any worse. They finished the job within an hours for an amazing price. Highly recommend this treatment for any one that has rust and check out M&S for any mechanical issues you may face.
My wife and I were just passing thru we were heading to Florida from NJ and our car was making really loud rumbling noises. When the steering wheel was slightly turned it would vibrate the whole car and M&S was able to get us fixed up within a few hours and back on the road! Thank you for all your help now we can have a safe trip.
Amazing people here. Was in from out of town and had a leak in my tire. The team there quickly lifted my car and fixed my tire in my moments. I think he even wanted to not charge me but I insisted. Awesome awesome awesome. Watched them interact with other customers and they were so friendly and honest. Highly recommend!
I guess they missed the fact that something as simple as spark plugs needed to be changed, after $40 and a trip to Autozone with give or take 40 minutes I figured out how to fix what they “missed”.
