We cannot say enough good things about M2 Tree Service out of Westfield, NY!
Despite being extremely busy with the aftermath of the heavy storm damage in the area, they came out and gave us an estimate on Sunday, scheduled our tree removal right away, and — just as promised — showed up the very next day and got to work.
From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly professional, efficient, and well organized. The tree was huge, but the M2 team handled it with great care and made sure everything was cleaned up promptly as they worked. Anything that couldn’t immediately be removed was neatly and safely placed in an appropriate area, and they came back to pick up the remaining tree debris as promised.
They also followed through on the stump removal. They returned separately, as promised, removed the stump, and even made sure the leftover material from the grinding was cleaned up and taken away. There was truly nothing left for us to deal with.
What impressed us most was their communication and follow-through. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. In an industry where scheduling can be difficult — especially after a major storm — M2 made us feel like our job genuinely mattered.
The whole experience was like a well-oiled machine: professional, responsive, efficient, and respectful of our property. We are extremely grateful for the work they did and would absolutely recommend M2 Tree Service to anyone who needs tree removal or stump removal.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work M2 completed. I received the quote the same day I called, and due to the trees being in danger of falling. He adjusted his schedule to get that done. Both Kyle and his crew were so professional and organized. I was totally impressed with the work completed and actually a little amazed at the state of the art equipment used. When they pulled away, the house the yard was cleaned and with the exception of the 2 missing trees, you wouldn’t have ever known they were there, and all at a great price. I truly would recommend M2 tree services to anyone. 5 stars from me ! Thank you Kyle and crew !

Highly recommend Kyle and his team from M2 Tree Service. First Kyle gave us estimate back a few months ago to remove 2 trees that were unhealthy and if they fell could do damage to our home and garage. When they could fit us in they called. Scheduled the job and showed as promised. We were very impressed with the quality of service. The massive equipment they have to do the necessary work. A shout out to the friendly, polite and professional team. The team cleaned up the debris and it’s hard to tell a huge tree was dropped in that spot. Yes, we will call them again when or if we need their services again.

We had three tall pine trees very close to our house near power lines and a fence. Kyle and his crew were so professional and efficient! They took those three trees and made it look almost effortless. They cleaned everything up afterwards. It was a great experience. I HIGHY recommend them!!

These guys did excellent for me. Immediately responded when I left a message on Monday. Came and looked Monday gave me the estimate. I had 2 trees taken care of. They did great. Fast work, fair prices, and friendly. Highly recommend them. I will for sure call again when I need tree service.
Kyle and his crew came to remove a massive locust tree that was sandwiched between our garage and chicken coop. I wasn’t sure how it was going to come down. It was intense to watch these massive trucks and men with ropes and chainsaws!! I have a new found appreciation for this line of work. I know it’s not an easy or safe job, but they fluidly took this tree down with smiles on their faces. My youngest child with autism wanted to go out and watch and was jumping on her small trampoline on the porch. They all waved and smiled at her. Clean up was immaculate!
M2 Tree Service Inc. did an excellent job on removing 5 huge blue spruce trees and squaring my yard back to where it should be. All the workers are polite and the clean up is spotless. I would highly recommend this tree service and you won’t be disappointed. 10 out of 10.
I met Kyle through a family member and I hired him to trim all the branches off a large tree. He went to his truck and got a lazer pointer and pointed of which ones to cut so we both agreed on $550.00. I made the mistake of giving him a check as he did not cut the branches we discussed. He told me the branches were too big and he couldn't handle them....But took the check. Huge mistake on my part!!! Never will hire him again!! Not an honest guy!! Beware!!
