I ordered a taxi and they never showed up or called me…they are the worst..Metro cab/taxi was better this is an horrible company I never ever ever receive a cab…it’s like they’re ran by the Illuminati…they don’t care about customers…they are very selfish and selective..I hate M7
Waited an hour for a cab that never came. Finally ordered an Uber that came in 2 min. Don’t download the app. If you have a problem there is no way to get in touch with dispatch. It’s not an option.
My driver was professional, competent, and courteous.
The worse service ever used. I called in advanced a booked a ride. Confirmed the ride 2 hours before pick up. I received a ride confirmation text. It has now been two and a half hours and all I get is an automated answering service that keeps telling me they are sorry but they have not located a driver for me. Never ever use these people.
